"Don't cry...please don't." Cosse wasn't sure what to say. "She was just suprised that's all. She didn't mean what she said. All girls over dramatise stuff, I do all the time."

"If you say so." said Alex trying to stop the tears but the more he tried the more they came "Why me? Why does it have to be me?" he asked just out in the air

Cosse thought he was asking her that question at first then relized he wasn't talking to anyone spacific. "Maybe you should try not to think about it for a little while. It doesn't help being this upset." She said taking a napkin out of her aprin pocket and handing it to him so he could wipe his eyes.

Harlie sat up from her seat and went over to some people taking an order or two as she went placing them on the counter and ringing the bell.

She smiled to herself even though she co-owned the place she always like to help out about here and there she was hopeless in her mind so why not help others find love when she couldnt find it for herself.

"Thanks" said Alex taking the napkin and starting to look out the window again

"You're welcome, I hope things get better for you soon." Cosse smiled turned walking over to Harlie. "Will the orders be out soonish?" She asked quietly.

Alex looked out the window people were walking by he sighed I should be out there with his girlfriend but that was not going to happen again he dried his face with the napkin

Part of my Life Story: Just ran away from his home, his parents were trying to send him away. His dad was chasing him because they want to send him away to a boarding school since his grandparents died. the grandparents were the only reason he was here and not sent away since his parents and him have faught so much.
Other things i would like to Share: Extremely shy, not very forward. Has large headphones he carries everywhere and a small gold necklace from his grandparents

Balthazar darted in to the restuarnt, shutting the door behind him. quickly he ran to a booth ducking down in it so that he was out of the veiw of the window. He was panting heavily as he curled up against the wall under the booths table.

Harlie saw a man run in and hide behind a booth she made her way over there and looked at him "whats wrong" her tone interested and wanting to help "do you want a drink my treat" he looked a bit tense so she fugured some tea would help calm him.

"Ummm.... sure?" balthazar said to the drink question not paying a ton of attention, "H-h-h-has anyone else ran by?" He looked up at fallie with out coming out of the table. His breathing had started to slow down but his heart still pumped like crazy, blood pounding in his head.

Harlie looked at the man "no I dont think anyone else has" her tone puzzled "I will go get you some tea" she turned the stopped 'unless you would rather have coffee" she didnt know who he was so she didnt know what he perfered to drink.

"Anything would be fine, thank you" Balthazar said edging him self to the seat, finally sitting down but keeping his eyes trained to the outside. Everytime something moved on the street, he practically jumped.

"okay tea it is then" she made her way over to the kitchen and prepared the orders that were there then poured some tea into a cup and made her way back over to the young man.

"there you go" Harlie still looked at him "are you sure your okay because you look a little jumpy".

"thank you" balthazar said taking a long sip. "Im ok.. just trying to get away from my dad, we aren't on the best of terms at the moment." He looked out the window once more, scanning the street.

Cosse walked back and got Alex's cup of coffee and carried it over to him. Carefully she set it down on the table trying not to spill it. "Are you feeling better?" She asked walking away and grabbing cream and sugar, placing them on the table infront of Alex. Cosse glanced back at the boy who had just run in wondering what had happened then looked back to Alex.

"No i am not, thanks for the coffee" Alex took a sip of the straight black coffe and looked over at teh other booth, "Whats up with him?"

"oh okay then" she looked at the door "if you see him I will let you know but im pretty sure your not in sight of a passer by they would need to come inside".

"thank you," he said before putting his head down on the table, still trying to catch his breathe. slowly he slid his headphones over his ears and twittled with his necklace.

Harlie saw him put on his headphones "okay then if you need anything just ask for Harlie" she turned and walked away seeing Cosse looking in his direction.

"leave him be for the time being okay" she didnt want him to be talked to all the time because sometimes you just needed to be alone for a little while.

"I guess we're not going to know till later." Cosse sighed and looked away from the boy and back to Alex. "How's the coffee?"
