"So... You are the bridge between the two worlds... You tell the stories of this world because of man who separated themselves from this world?"
Aiden looked around the world in awe at its beauty. She truthfully had never seen anything like it before. For the time being, she had completely forgotten about her own world. This in her mind beat looking up at the moon and star gazing, which already seemed to be a wonder as it were. Her lips parted slightly as a soft word escaped her mouth.
"Beautiful..."
For the time being, she forgot the presence of the male. She turned away from him to continue gazing off into the different world. Shinta brought himself forward and nuzzled his head against her cheek. She brought herself back to her own mind and turned towards the man.
"It's a shame humans are so..."
She stopped and tried to figure a word to describe humans, but she truthfully couldn't find just a word, she found many. Aiden growled angrily.
"They are so irritating, annoying, They are so selfish!"
She flung her now formed fists up and down expressing her anger. She took a few deep breaths through her nostrils and remembered how things were before Shinta, before she became what she is today.

Miyabi laughed at her fit of anger and shook his head as he did so the massive lion mane that adorned his head in his transformed animal form shook and swayed, a stray strand of fur flying off into the winds that blew through this world. The strand of fur found it'self caught on the branch of a tree before it escaped into the sky... bursting into a new constellation of stars. "Humans... are humans." His words echoed out and he laid his massive gryphon and hypogryph like body onto the ground. His gold eyes staring at the hoof he had developed instead of a hand. "Guai Keung... was a great beast..." his body transformed back into it's human shape, his stomach to the ground as he laid out staring at his hand now. "He understood the endless wonders and creations that could be made through the combination of science and magic... Had the mortals not been created this world would still exist today and Guai Keung would still be alive to cherish the beauty he had created... He was truely a great beast. The real man of men, the god of the gods..." Miyabi closed his eyes, as he did so the world he had shown her seemed to melt away revealing them to be back in the forest. "He made us, so no matter what... the legend of this world will carry on. So the legend of Guai Keung could carry on... the mortals have long forgot who made them... and even as they tore Guai Keung from his throne and destroyed him. Thinking they had won... they did not realize that he had made his own army, his own beings. The Shapeshifters... the ones who were everything and nothing. The land, water, air you breath... It is my people that carry the keys to this world and the ability to bring Guai Keung back... but my people are too weak..." His true intentions were finally coming through, it wasnt that he wanted power, he wasn't lying about that, he wanted to return the world to it's once glorious state before man, before their god Guai Keung was slaughtered. "Guai Keung is the reason I can not let my blood spill... it is out of his own flesh that I am made... if I lose my blood, I lose his form."

Aiden began to understand the man more, she understood his intentions and his goals in this life. Aiden sighed softly and looked at the man. She began to think that she had the man all wrong and his intentions toward her were nothing to be really worried about. She did kind of feel bad for spilling his blood now that she really thought about it. After the entire experience she began to detest humans more than before, she guessed that they had been screwing up even before she came into existence.
"Stupid humans..."
She muttered to herself. She went back to building her fire as she was beginning to become cold. She got the flame lit and she stared at the flame a few minutes before retrieving food from her bag to cook over the flames. She began to re-think the things he had done or tried to do in the past.
"So I have a question... You said you feed off of what was it? Hopes and dreams? Something like that, do you actually eat of the flesh and kill or is it completely different than what I thought before. Or maybe..."
She gasped and pointed at him.
"You turn people into Zombies don't you?!"

Had he the ability to trip over thin air he would fell face first into the ground. Except for the fact he was already laying in the grass and smacked his forehead into the earth. "Zom...bies?" He couldn't believe she had come up with such a bizzare conclusion. "No.. I don't turn people into zombies, that's not my kind of thing." He raised his head from the ground and looked to her, watching the flames dance and illuminate the both of them as they cast strange shaows into the woods. "It is different... I don't eat the flesh. Skin-walkers have no need to eat flesh. We do need the thoughts though. You see.. when Guai Keung made us he made us so we did not require normal food. Not blood, flesh, or muscle... he made it so we ate the thoughts of mortals. Knowing full well that as we did so they would no longer be able to advance with their science... keeping them from ruining their world. Even as he was dying he still cared for his creations even the mortals.. we are like the caretakers of mortals. So as we devour their thoughts and hopes for a better more advanced life... we are keeping them from... ruining themselves and the remaining creatures of this world. Once the shapeshifters are gone... mortals will be able to return to their science and develop unheard of things that... will ruin what remains of magic." He laughed at some of the thoughts he had. "Perhaps it might be more useful if I was able to turn people into zombies but unfortunatley all I can do is immitate them. Not that I enjoy becoming a zombie... that transformation is always so weird expecially when skin falls off or an eye pops out. I'm afraid I might lose it somewhere and I just don't look good in an eye-patch.

Aiden laughed softly at his comments about Zombies.
"Well it makes sense... If it makes you feel better, I do not side with the humans, as you can clearly see. So I have no interest in furthering their sciences or 'Maturing' them. But I'm sure you don't only balance human thoughts, but also other animals so they don't advance too much either?"
Aiden tried to take the conversation seriously but she couldn't get the image of his face out of her mind when she asked about the possibility of him turning people into zombies. She started giggling and tried to conceal her lips from letting out her laughter, but she couldn't help it. Her lips forced themselves apart making a small noise and then she started to fall over laughing. She really couldn't control herself.
(In real life, I can't help but laugh. XD)

"That is right." He stated, attempting to ignore her laughter as he knew it was directed towards him. "Animals are made to be naturally smart, but they are only here as the companions of the beasts and demons. Though mortals consider beasts to be animals they are two very different things. When an animals thought lingers away from it's duties of being an animal and being the familiar to a particular Beast or demon though... those are the thoughts we eat." He smiled, wondering if she understood completly what he was saying but none the less continued. "Yet for mortals or other demons... like yourself. The best tasting thoughts are one of facination... the most delicious ones are the ones that bring out emotion wether it be sadness or... laughter..." He paused a moment afterwards giving her a death glare. "Everyone has a point where their mind should stop advancing because going any further will ruin them... that is why when you see a once wealthy man, dressed in rags on the streets begging for bread... his mind had gone too far. Experienced too much fortune and power and didn't know how to process it." Miyabi rolled over onto his back, spreading out his arms to either side of him as he stared up at the sky. He pointed upwards towards the stars as if reaching out to grab one of them. "All of those, are escaped thoughts... waiting to be rescued... up there is a skin-walkers banquet..." He laughed to himself as he relaxed once more. "Right now, your thoughts would be delicious as you are thinking of me... if I was to dine on such a thought I would be full for a very long time. But such a thing makes you happy... so I can't take that away from you as your other thoughts seem quite miserable." It wasn't so much that he could read her thoughts and understand what she was thinking, that wasn't the case at all. He could sense them though through what one might consider a sixth sense... everyones thoughts appeared to him as a flavor, and scent, and color and the bright the color the stronger the scent the better the flavor was going to be. Her laughter towards him appeared to him like a sea of yellow, smelling fondly of oranges and tangerines. "Truely the best taste in this world is when someone thinks about love... to eat that kind of thought though would be a tragedy. Because then they would lose their thoughts on love... and seem loveless."

Aiden stopped her laughter as she saw his face full and serious. She hoped that she didn't offend him, she really meant nothing by it. Now she understood though, she understood how his feeding habits worked. They were very interesting, but also seemed very tragic. She thought of offering up some of her thoughts before but knowing that it could change her and the situation that she was in now, she thought best to re-think that idea. Aiden finished over the fire and placed the food she had cooked into little bowls for both her and Shinta. She placed Shinta's bowl on a rock as the snake happily slithered down her arm and flopped head first into the bowl. Aiden giggled softly at the silly snake and his strange eating habits but her face turned serious rather quickly as she turned back to look at the man.
"I think it would only be fair... To tell you a little about myself now... You seem to trust me so much now with your background... It would only be fair."
She looked down at Shinta and Shinta looked back while a large chunk of meat hung from his mouth. He devoured it quickly and stuck his tongue out at her as a sign of approval. She nodded and sighed, she brought her thoughts together then stared at the fire.
"To be truthful, just as I had said before, I am a very special case... You will never or almost ever find another like me. You see, at one point I was human, but I had hated them so much. Not one human cared for me, I was treated more like a demon than a human. To begin with, I was an accident, so my parents never planned on having me. My mother died when I was born, she couldn't handle the labor pains. My father always told me her last words were 'I hate you'. My father was always devastated about loosing my mother so he always drank... Everyone always blamed me for my mother's death and my father's change in nature. There was just one day, when I was five, my father became violent beyond anything else. Until then, he never laid a finger on me. He was drunk one evening and I truthfully back talked him because I was tired of everyone treating me like crap, he hit me right bellow the eye. His eyes widened and he looked like he wanted to say something, but I wouldn't let him; I ran. I ended up running a mile or so away to a forest I always played in when I wanted to get away from my father or in general people. I was sitting against a tree crying and then I heard a little hiss. Naturally, I knew it was a snake and I started to get scared, but then this gentle little creature slithered around my neck and tickled my cheek with his tongue. At the time I didn't know what to think of it, but I could feel something saying to me, I can take away your human traits I can protect you. Really, I didn't care if I was going crazy, I just wanted out of that place! So the snake confirmed that I wanted all he had to offer. I felt a sharp pain in my neck and the pain sent me to an unconscious state. When I woke, I could understand the snake completely, every little thing he hissed I understood the tongue and could reply back. Later I found that I had grown scales in little spots of my body, including where my father had hit me right bellow the eye. At any rate, the snake told me of his name of which I changed to Shinta, it makes it easier for other tongues to interpret. He had told me that he always watched over me while I was in the forest playing but just that one time, he saw my pain and knew how much it was killing me. So he made me something else, something unique. I know I have a snake's blood running through my system, but I still have bits of human blood and DNA."
((Ya, my parents actually love me a lot in real life, and I <3 them back. XD ))

Miyabi grew interested as he could sense her thoughts as they gathered and she spoke out. Her story was intriguing... He had never met a human who had been transformed into something more... into trancending humanity. Is this what happenes when animals thoughts go too far? he had to wonder... if it was perhaps his existance was wrong. If there was a way to salvage the humanity of people to turn them into the beasts and animals that protect them perhaps there was a way to save them and save the rest of the remaining demons. "No wonder... I seemed to go so... crazed for your thoughts. Until you snapped me out of it. You have the combined thoughts of two... like having an entree and dessert all at once. It is a rare treat to meet someone who has met their familiar and accepted them into their life..." His eyes moved to Shinta and he smiled. "I suppose that is why I craved your form so much more it is something i've never been before... something completly new. I can change into other people, animals, demons... even the great Guai Keung though his form takes too much energy for me to do right now... but something such as you I can not do.. a cross between demon and human.. it's unheard of and un-natural. But you, are not a thought.. unless I have gone completly insane!" He laughed and shook his head though he was now seriously recalculating his own sanity. "..Then again i wouldn't be too surprised..... You are real right?!" He crawled up close to her, staring here eye to eye trying to conclude that he wasn't losing it.

Aiden blinked as the man got up close to her face. She kind of withdrew a little bit to give herself a little bit of room so her breathing wasn't right on his face.
"Uh... I do believe I'm real..."
She looked down at her arm and pinched herself. A small ow escaped her lips then she laughed nervously.
"Yep, I'm real. So why so much interest? I mean, I know I'm very different, but am I really that unique?"
She was kind of surprised by his sudden interest in her being. Aiden began to wonder herself if he had lost his sanity. In some way though, his sudden interest made the situation very interesting and almost fun. She didn't ever recall having a conversation with someone like this before except with Shinta. Of course she had run ins with others but they usually skittered off after getting the hint that she was a loner, but something was different about him, he actually had enough interest in her to stick around. Even after he told her that she was in danger of being hunted, he didn't just run off and leave her to fend for herself. She wondered why, but almost felt over joyed that he didn't.
Shinta looked up from his food and slithered his way up and around Aiden's shoulders. He wiggled his head in between the two of them and stuck his tongue out at him in almost a warning manner. Aiden looked at Shinta and wanted to laugh at how jealous and over protective he was of her. Though she wanted to laugh, her amusement went away after she noticed the food covered snake left a trail of stew up her arm and around her shoulders.

Miyabi sat back as the snake came between him and Aiden giving the reptile a glare. "I'm not after her, you can calm down.." He hissed back to the snake before looking at Aiden once more. "You are very unique... I have never met someone that trancends the differences between demon and mortal... the only people cappable of such things are the skin-walkers and we can only remain in a form for so long... our magic might be strong but not like this. It makes me wonder how Shinta did such a thing..." he reached out to touch the scales that were present on her face, crouching in front of her like a facinated child. "I am sorry for acting so absurdley earlier, it's just when there is such a delicious thought or something at intriguing as yours... my sense take over and I lose my sensibility... I know better now that you had brought me back after drawing my blood... I can thank you for that but I can hope I didn't lose any important forms." He gave Shinta a look to say that he wasn't going to hurt her, but he had become increasingly curious about her. "If I could merely obtain a thought from you.. I might be able to understand how this came to be, but without knowing your form I haven't any idea." He had never experienced such magic, or perhaps it wasn't magic. Miyabi sat back on his ankles looking at his fingers as he wondered how real the scales were... they felt and looked real. They seemed to shed as though they were real. Was it possible the snake had given her his genetics? like a shapeshifter might obtain from ones thoughts?... Had this snake trancended the possibilities of a shapeshifter?... "...You are very lucky to have found your familier. He will always keep you safe.

Aiden watched him examine her, she was just as curious about what made her so fascinating as he was fascinated with her being. Shinta kind of backed off and took his normal spot around her neck for a while until he had given him the look that said he wouldn't harm her. The little snake then decided to go back to his stew, he licked up the trail of food he made on Aiden as he went back to the bowl. Aiden pondered on his wanting a thought of hers, and she guessed it would be ok for him to take at least one thought, but which one?
"Um... How does the whole taking thoughts work? Do I think of something and you take it? Even so, how do you take it?"
She felt herself asking more questions about him, as she herself was trying to understand him just as he was trying to understand her. She was deeply considering giving one of the thoughts so he could feed himself and maybe be able to understand herself as well. To be truthful, both her and Shinta don't know much about their being. Shinta could never explain about his existence or how he was able to transform her like he did. Maybe by being around this man, she would be able to come to understand Shinta's mystical powers and even hers. She knew she had many powers that he was yet to know about but she knew she would reveal in due time. Most of her powers were snake related though, things that snakes have always been thought of as being able to do.

Miyabi watched the snake, admiring it as it ate. "Ah... how to take a thought?" he questioned back, contemplating how to explain it. "It's not as complicated as it sounds, well at least not to me. When a person has a thought... it has to be an important thought, then it will appear to me as something delicious. Such as when you thought of your past or laughed at me. If it is important to the mind or emotions it is delicious." He sat back on his hands, staring off into the trees his eyes wandering over the tree trunks. "When I see how delicious it is... I must entice that person to be close to me, to be facinated by me. Then as we meet and embrace... a sort of mental connection is made between me and the others mind and I steal away that thought. It isn't very complicated, but it is very hard to do sometimes... when a person is resistant to be physically close there is no way they will allow me to become mentally close to them. If I can not do that I can not eat their thoughts." Miyabi laid back onto the ground closing his eyes as he tried to visualize her thoughts. "I can't eat any sort of thought unless I become personally close to them...even if it's for a brief moment... it is at that point that I devour their thought and memory of me. So they feel as if they'd lost nothing at all until we've met again. Or sometimes... if a person is particularlly smart. I will leave their memory of me so they continue to be facinated with me and it will be easier to get close to them again?"

Aiden thought for a few minutes about it. She moved over towards him and looked down at his face from her upright position, her long silver hair dangled over the mans face as she looked down at him.
"Well then, would you like my thought of laughter when I thought you made zombies? Be warned I might make the statement again if you try to explain it over, and it will probably be funny to me once again."
She smiled down lightly at him, almost sure of her decision but thinking it over and thinking if it would seriously effect their relationship thus far. She knew though, the he would probably advise her on what all she would loose if she lost the Zombie memory, so she wasn't too worried about her question. She was also kind of curious about how this worked, and how it felt. She knew she wouldn't remember how it felt probably, but she would like to know at least for the moment. Her curiosity was getting the best of her, but for some reason, she felt safe with her words and decisions with this man.

Miyabi's eyes opened wide to the woman hovering over him and he covered his face with his hands, hiding his expression from her. The idea of this woman willingly offering her thoughts to him was antagonizing, he was tired of stealing thoughts, to be offered a meal willingly... it was a new kind of sensation. "If you want to give it up, but ... you will never remember me saying that kind of thing meaning you'll have no blackmail on me." He smiled though it couldn't be seen through his hands. He wasn't completly sure how to approach this situation he had never been offered a meal. "I don't know if I can make you laugh like I did before... I am not a great actor unless I am starving, then I can only seduce." He tried scooting away from the woman backing himself against a tree. He had a moment of genius as he thought, his body transforming into the undead form of a zombie as he groaned. Odd it may seem how he transformed with such ease even as his head flopped off to the side. "Zooom...bie.....zoooom...biiie...." he groaned out, laughing on the inside at himself. He truely was growing hungry and craved that thought, he wanted to make sure she laughed he was trying to make it amusing as possible even though his form was a tad disgusting. "Well?" he questioned hoping to stir a reaction from her. "I can eat this one... " he hobbled towards her as if he was going to try to eat her brains instead of thoughts. "mmm.... bra-aiiins....must... eat... zom..bie..."

Aiden blinked then burst out into laughter at his form, she didn't know why zombies made her laugh so much. She couldn't help herself from laughing so hard tears ran down her face. She recalled him stating about his eye falling out and then loosing it. Her roar of laughter only continued, she could barely breath because she was laughing so much. Shinta sat over in his empty bowl shaking his head lightly as his fat plump body sat lazily in the empty bowl.
Aiden fell back onto the ground unable to get up, she started literally rolling on the ground. After a few minutes she calmed down and took a few breaths and whipped the tears from her eyes.
"Oh... I'm so easily amused..."
She stared at him smiling and trying not to laugh more. She knew what was going to come next as she sat up and cleared her throat.

Miyabi didn't understand why she would laugh so much at the idea of zombies though he was attempting to keep himself from falling apart as his arm was tempting to fall off and his foot looked like it was half off to begin with. As he returned to his normal form once more, moving closer to her, his eyes seemed to have a sense of unreputable desire. He grew almost complacently silent. He moved to sit over her his hands taking hold of her arms to keep her still. "Thank you..." he muttered before his eyes turne into a milky white and he embraced Aiden into a hug, his lips by her ear as he spoke. His words of the ancient tongue... that he knew she would never understand but he knew she might feel what they meant as their bodies me with eachother. "Give up to me..." was his final sentence as a strange mist rose from her... wrapping around both of them until it dispersed into the atmosphere. Normally he would have lulled his subject into a state of seduction or into a deep sleep but she had given her mind up so willingly he felt that she wouldn't need that kind of distraction as the feeling of losing a thought was as euphoric as the caress of a feather. Even as he was filled with her amusement and rememberence of the zombie he didn't let go of her, he couldn't until he knew her reaction... if she freaked out or fainted.. he couldn't allow her to fall and hurt herself or do soemthing rash and bold. The gold of his eyes returned as he finished, watching her with caution though also keeping one eye to the snake. He felt more satisfied then he had ever been before... even though the thought was of nothing important it was like having a gourmet meal, one of which he'd never tasted the likes of before.

Aiden closed her eyes as she could feel a weird sensation through out her mind. Her body became very warm from feeling his body touching hers. The thoughts that she had moments before started to slip from her mind and she could no longer remember the man transforming into a zombie.
Her body became limp and tingly after the experience, she also felt a little dizzy. She really didn't know what to think of it all, her mind was completely blank. Aiden slowly began to open her eyes and the world was spinning. She grunted and shook her head trying to get her vision to slow down and allow herself to focus her sight on the man who just took her thought. She began to rub her head softly and took in a breath of the fresh air.
"Did... It do anything? Like help you understand my being any?"
Shinta slithered over to her and up her body. He rested himself on her shoulders and nuzzled her as if to ask if she was ok. She pet Shinta gently and tried her hardest not to fall over even though she couldn't realize the man was holding onto her to prevent such a thing from happening.

Miyabi Laid her to the ground, backing away from her as he held onto his own head. He'd experienced this kind of feeling before.. the feeling of being over whelmed by the new information he'd received from a persons thoughs. His teeth grinded together as he tried to keep hold of the thought finally, it absorbed into his body. His shook his head trying to access the new information as his body started it's transformation. Trying to become her though was a far harder task than he had thought as his body only turned into a more feminine version of himself, in fact all that happened by the end of his transformation is he had turned into a female. He looked to his fingers seeing the manicured nails, he gripped his chest feeling the new... pounds of flesh that hung there and grabbed hold of his hair that remained as pink and red as ever as it fell down in tight curls over his chest and back. "Oh dear god, something went horribly wrong!" He closed his jacket tight around himself embarced by his inability to transform into her exact form. "I don't get it, I ate your thought.. it should have given me the..~" he covered his mouth realizing even his voice had gone up several pitches to sound more femenine. "This is horrible!" He was capable of becoming woman, though they were forms he had taken from other mortal woman and female demons, forms that were already created... never had he become or thought he could become a female version of himself. "I.. I really don't think this is right this isn't right at all..." He blinked looking at her. "There is no way that your thought only gave me your ability to be a woman... that's absolutley absurd! I should be able to become just like you... I should be able to take your exact form! Unless..." Then he understood how this happened. It was her willingness... her thought was of joy and he stole from her what he himself found joy in. He smacked himself scolding himself for his stupid move. "...well I understand how woman work now... if that helps any."

Aiden regained her focus and watched as he transformed. Though she expected to see another of herself, she saw him into his womanly side. Her eyes widened at the sight and her lips quivered slightly, she was trying to hold back her laughter. She placed one hand over her mouth to hide her lips. It was no use, this time she burst into laughter much more then when he was a Zombie. Shinta himself hissed in amusement at the male's new appearance. He slithered his way off of Aiden and started to circle him in a mocking tone since he did not have the ability to laugh.
"Looking hot there!"
She started to tease the man as she observed the newly formed breasts upon his chest. She rose to her feet to get closer and tease him but she ended up falling face first onto the ground from where she was still a bit dizzy from the experience of having her thought taken from her. Aiden brought herself up a bit on her elbows and shook her head a couple of times. She never felt this dizzy before. She placed her hand to her head but had to set her face on the ground, because the world was spinning so fast. She felt if she would bring her head up even the slightest that she would be shot off into space in an instant. This was a feeling she did not enjoy having.

I don't think it will be possible for me to try again either. Not if it causes you to be like this.... though I would love to have to be able to have a form like yours... i've already aquired one that was... ah.. quite surprising." His eyes trailed off in embaressment at the thought of him becoming a woman again and he wondered now what the possibilities were of it. Each form he had gave him new opportunities wether it be the power of flight, or to see in the dark, or swim underwater without air. even the ability to produce poison like a spider or snake... he was a lethal weapon and sometimes the softest of pets. This new form might make it easier for him to seduce an over thoughtful man into giving up his thoughts. Really having the capabilities to be a woman wasn't such a horrible aspect to his future of mind-eating. "The feeling will go away in a little bit, just relax here.. you'll be fine soon enough."

Aiden felt him lift her up, but her vision was too blurry to actually see him in full focus. She hoped the dizziness would go away soon because she started to feel nauseated from the feeling.
Shinta watched Aiden with a look of concern but then his attention was drawn elsewhere. He sniffed the air and then darted up to the two hissing frantically. Aiden's eyes were closed but she could hear him and could feel what he felt. Her brows narrowed at the thought of what was about to happen, she really needed to get back on her feet as soon as possible.
"They're coming... They're in the village. The men in search of your blood... They are headed this way, they should be here in about 20 minutes or so if they stay on our trail."
She tried to open her eyes some to get herself back in the game so she can defend herself when they came. Though the man told her to sit still she needed to get up and get moving around so her guard wouldn't be down when they approached. Aiden got on her knees and her palms were on the ground, she took a few deep breaths and pulled herself up to a standing position and hung onto the tree with shaky knees. She looked down at the multiple Shinta's on the ground and hissed softly. The snake understood and went to her bag and started dragging out of it by the end of his tail a small cup of which he took to the stream and filled with water. The little snake hurried his way back straining to pull the cup along but made it to Aiden only spilling about a third of the water the entire way. Still holding onto the tree Aiden knelt down a bit tipsy and picked up the cup and sipped the water carefully.

Miyabi watched the snake take care of Aiden, as his mind revolved around her words. His gaze drifted up to the sky that was becoming illuminated with the pink and orange hues of the sun rise. "crap.. " He muttered to himself. "We have to get out of here... I can't afford for them to find me..." He couldn't leave her behind like this though as she was an obvious clue to his trail... someone in her condition was a tell tale sign of his passing. If he stayed to fight it was possible his blood would be spilt and far worse than the drops she had made him shed. If he ran they would remain on his trail no matter what... he wasn't a trained warrior he didn't know the traits of how to cover his trail... He could transform and fly away but that would leave her behind. "How many are there? Do you know?" His eyes were staring out through the forest, trying to pick up on any sign of them. "Last time there were two... but that has been a while.. it could be more." His body started to tremble as he was figuring out his actions. "Do you know how to ride?... no.. that won't work.. there will still be a trail. Damn it.. Damn it!" He was ready to tear his own hair out.. he was used to running.. if they got to close he would hide as a transformation of a rabbit or fox or take to the air as a bird. He'd even hidden as a lost child once before but with her in her dazed state there wasn't a chance for that. Time was ticking away... by the time she fully recovered they might be right ontop of them and then there was no escape. ..."I have to fight..." was his final conclusion as he looked to Aiden. "It's about time i get rid of them anyways..."

Aiden shook her head. Her vision was starting to come back into focus, just in time.
"Your blood is obviously more precious than mine, you run, I will fight them off, I've dealt with many threats like this, I think I can handle them. As I can tell, there are only three of them... I have a quick way I can get rid of them, so if you want to keep your blood safe listen to me and run."
She looked at him with a serious look on her face. She really wanted him to run, now that she knew his purpose in this world and how much she detested humans. She would do anything at this point to keep his blood safe from being drawn. Shinta knew exactly what Aiden was going to do when she said she had a quick way of getting rid of them. He slithered up to her neck once again and nodded to the man to leave. He knew Aiden could take care of the men coming. Aiden didn't quite tell him that she would come out of it completely scratch free, but she knew a way to rid the hunters of this world.
At this point she could hear the rustling of leaves and voices of the hunters. She smiled at how stealth they really were and shook her head. She turned back to the man and yelled
"Go! Now! Turn into a bird or something!"
Her eyes gazed at him for a moment before turning back to the direction on which the hunters were coming.

Miyabi paniced between the sounds of the hunters and her yelling he looked to the snake for confirmation, getting it he transformed into a small white tailed deer, the fluffy tail flickering as he lept off into the woods, after getting a good distance away he made a final leap into the air his furry body becoming feathered as he soared over the trees in an even smaller form of a parakeet, fluttering between the branches. ' What does she have planned?... how.. how can she take on three of them alone?' He fluttered further into the trees, his small wings growing into the limber hands of an ape as he swung himelf up to the top and finally rested against the top branches of a tree as a small gecko. 'What is... this mystery she is holding from me.' He wasn't so stupid to return and figure it out for himself but he hoped to find her again, to take another thought of hers... he had to know. She was his new facination and he wanted to understand what made her able to trancend the differences between demon and mortal. His concern was on the men who hunted him though... 'Stay alive Aiden, stay alive.. I'm not done studying you yet...

Aiden smiled lightly as the man transformed and shot off into the woods. Her gaze focused on the hunter's lights off in the distance. She place her hood over her head and waited for them to come closer as she sat by the camp fire. She quickly took out a bottle of perfume and sprayed herself with it. The hunters coming were only so keen with their senses that they would only be able to smell the perfume on her body. At this point, as long as they didn't look her in the face, she looked completely mortal.
The men approached as silently as they could, but right before they were able to jump her she called out to them while still gazing into the fire.
"You know you aren't very stealth... If you wanted to jump a girl in the woods you should learn to be a little more quiet and keep your mouths shut."
The men automatically felt insulted by her comment but they knew she was right. They stood there in an awkward silence unsure of what to do now that their cover had been blown. At this rate Aiden knew the type of hunters she was up against, the unintelligent kind. This was going to be easier for her than she realized. Once they picked up on the perfume they would start to question her and the dance would begin.
"Where is the monster? I know you must be hiding him somewhere around here!"
One of the men stated in an agitated tone. Aiden simply smiled to herself and did not look up at the man.
"I have no clue what you mean, I travel alone"
There was another long pause and muttering among the men. They were suspicious of her but she knew it wouldn't take much to convince them otherwise.
"Why would a girl travel alone let alone in a forest like this?"
She knew exactly how to handle this situation, and with a clear voice she replied to them as if it were the truth.
"I have a family at home who needs my care, but I need to make decent money since my parents have passed and I have to feed 3 younger than me. So I travel for money."
The men became curious, just as she thought they would; they were falling into her web like flies.
"What could you do that consists of traveling, especially by yourself"
Aiden took in a long sigh and 'confessed' to the men.
"If you really must know, I sell my body from town to town, I have found that it is easier to travel so my wages will keep at a high rate and men would not get bored of me so easily, even so, if they don't then when I return to that town they are willing to pay double for me."
Now the men were interested. They purely forgot about the being they were originally after. It helped a lot since one of her powers was to charm and to break charms, those powers of a mythical snake. The men started to chuckle amongst themselves as one spoke out.
"You know, we have been on the road for quite some time now, we wouldn't mind helping you with your money situation."
Aiden rose to her feet and jumped over to them excitedly. Her face was still covered and the sun hadn't quite come up yet, so she was safe to look at them.
"Would you? It would be highly appreciated."
One of the men put his arm around her shoulder and laughed.
"No problem, just show us a good time."
Aiden giggled softly as she brought her lips up to the man's neck. He could feel her breath on his neck.
"Oh, I will."
As she went to kiss his neck the man shuddered as her teeth scrapped the top of his skin then cut into his throat. Within seconds the man started to cry out. Aiden withdrew herself and looked at the man as his neck was turning a greenish yellow from poison that she injected into his blood stream. The other two men went to jump at her as Shinta jumped from around her neck to one of them and bit his throat just as Aiden had done. The other man charging at Aiden pulled out a sword and began slashing at her. She needed to find a way to get the sword out of his hand and knew the only way to stop him from slashing at her. She ran forward and grabbed the blade with one hand and pushed it aside as her other hand came up and grabbed the man's shoulder. She lunged her snake like fangs down into the man's shoulder and withdrew seconds later. The man twitched and fell to the ground. Shinta slithered over to Aiden and took his spot back around her neck. She looked around at the three men sprawled out on the ground. She spit out some of the blood and started to walk towards her bag and gathered her things.
"Those men were disgusting... They tasted of alcohol... Probably went drinking before hunting. Such stupidity..."
She started to walk into the forest away from the site before anyone could discover it. As she walked she wondered if the man she met before was gone for good or waiting somewhere near by. With her adrenaline running like it was, she couldn't sense anything at the moment.
(It's ok, in this kind of situation, there isn't much you can do. ^^;;; But you know what would have been ironic and funny is if you got shot by a deer hunter right after you transformed. XD )
