Rose clears his throat.

"Mister Shopkeeping man, that's not nice!" he declares pointedly. "You should always be nice to girls! Women'll rule the world one day. And then you'll be sorry!"

The shopkeeper stares. "But for right now, men are dominate. And she won't be able to rule anything." Risa sighs. "The bags," she states firmly. "And if you make any sort of unkind comments toward my friend I will call my brother. Understood?" The shopkeeper grunts and takes the bags.

Rose looks somewhat amused.

"Hehehehehehe...men are not dominant," he giggles. "Men only think they're dominant."

Risa giggles quietly at that. "I agree. But try telling that to those men. They won't listen."

"That's 'cause they dun know who they're dealing with!" he giggles, amused, as he huggles Plato.

Despite his being male, Rose seems adamant about this...

Risa nods as the shopkeeper comes back out. "What time are you coming back, Kyrell?" Risa shrugs. "Not sure. I have to go do my job first." The shopkeeper snorts. "I swear that man was an idiot, giving someone like you a job." Risa tenses slightly. "Someone like me?"

Rose shifted in front of her pointedly. "I wouldn't be nasty to my friend if I were you!" he warns, pouting. A sudden idea flowed to him. "I'm not the same as you, or any of the people in this town. I'm a different species, and I'm powerful. If you dun stop being mean to her, I...I'll put a curse on you!"

The shopkeeper just stares. "And I'll call the cops." Risa's head snaps up. "And Cadence will beat them. And I still want to know what you meant by 'someone like me'." The shopkeeper stares. "A necromancer. He should have never brought a necromancer back."

"Dead people would make better company than you, my friend!" Rose declares cheerily to the shopkeeper, dancing in place.

Risa just shrugs. "Not your choice. But kindly stop being rude. I choose my friends, and if you don't like it I'll take my business elsewhere." The shopkeeper stares. "Fine. I'll be civil. Don't ask for any more than that." Risa nods. "I'll be back for the bags in a little while." She then walks out of the store silently.

Rose follows her, turning around to stick his tongue out at the shopkeeper before continuing.

Risa glances at the street signs and sighs quietly. She looks slightly unhappy.

Rose walked with her, happy as always. "What's wrong, friend?"

"The address I was given happens to be in the south side of town. A place I don't like gong to all that much." She chews her lip slightly as she speaks.

Rose's reaction is immediate.

"I'll go with you!" he declares happily. "I won't let anything bad happen!"

Risa nods. "All right." She starts walking again.

Rose walks with her, beaming. He feels useful.

Risa checks the piece of paper she's holding and turns down a small alley.

Rose goes with, looking around curiously. He makes sure to keep an eye on her the entire time, very protectively.

Risa walks to the door at the end of the alley and knocks quietly. The door opens a bit. "What?" The vioce seems to be male. Risa glances at the man. "I was sent to pick up someone for Carlos."

Rose dances a little to pass the time and watches this exchange.

The man opens the door and a small purple haired boy is let out. "There. Take it." The door closes and the boy just stands there.

Rose tilts his head at him, wondering if he's going to make a new friend.

Risa just stares at the boy for a moment. "Please tell me you're being hired for cleaning." Her voice is strangely hollow. The boy nods. "I won't do anything else." 'That doesn't mean he won't force you."

Rose watches, puzzled. He continues to dance a bit.
