"You don't go back... You stay here as long as I wish you to and you say nothing to your concel, I'll spair your life and I won't kill anymore." Diea murmured as the pain started to truly show. "When I take the pain away it doesn't dissapear... I get it... That's my other condition... You take care of me while I'm down..." she murmured having to stop every few words to cringe.

"I'll stay as long as you want, I swear I won't tell anyone about this." Chris smiled at her the pain seemed to be getting better. "I'll take care of you. Nothing bad will happen to you while I'm here." He didn't know why he was going to help her, but once you got past the scary demon 'I'm going to kill you' thing, she was very kind. Maybe trusting her should seem like a mistake, although he saw no problem with it. At least at the moment.

Diea nodded as she leaned forward putting her lips on the marks that she had left on his neck. She pulled back a few minutes later with a gasp and started caughing hard. "How... Could... You... Service it?" She choked as she unwillingly leaned on Chris' shoulder in pain as her breaths came hard.

As the pain dissapated he took deep breaths. When it was finally gone he put his arms around her and lifted her up into his arms. "I'm alot stronger then you think, and I was not letting you get the satisfaction of seeing me scream in pain." His wings dissappeared and he stepped out of the Ally into the deserted street. "Where do you live?"

"The... Apartments... Third... Floor... Fifth... Room..." Diea Murmured trying verry verry hard to keep the pain to herself. She caughed and choked on her own poison as she tried to catch her breath. She had never took so much of it in at once and it scared her how much it effected her.

"Okay, take deep breaths. You're going to be okay." Chris brought her up to her room. "Is the door unlocked? Are you doing okay?" He looked down at her afraid something bad would happen to her. 'Deep breaths, she'll be fine. Stop worrying yourself. She's just a demon why do you care?'

Diea nodded to both questions before she closed her eyes and tried to steady her breaths. her face had gotten very pale and she seemed to only get worse as she tried to calm herself. Why does he care? I know I told him I would spare him if he helped me but he actually seems to care that I'm in so much pain... I don't understand... I wouldn't help someone like me why would anyone? I've done so many bad things... It doesn't make any since in the least. She racked her brain as she started to calm herself little by little.

Stepping into her apartment he looked around and figured out where the bedroom was. He walked over and placed her down on the bed using pillows to keep her sitting up. He knelt down on the floor next to her and prayed she would get better. "You're going to be okay, I swear to it." Chris said reaching over and squeesing her hand lightly. "I'll be right here the whole time. Just because you're a demon doesn't mean I shouldn't help you. What can I do to make you feel better?"

"Nothing.... Would you... Beleave me if... If I said I were a christain?" Diea asked softly as she thought of all the people she had killed and how many times she wanted to stop or kill herself for doing such horible things... Though she knew that was a sin in and of itself. She always lost control and that was a horible thing with her powers, she didn't want to hurt and kill people but that was what she was tot when she was little.

"Yes I would believe that. You've made mistakes. I did too. The only reason I became an angel was because my parents murdered me. If I had just died I don't think I'd be an angel." He didn't think he'd be a demon either, but just whatever happened to the normal person. He hadn't ever killed anyone but he knew how it felt. "Why would you think I wouldn't believe you?"

Diea paused for a moment biting her lip slightly and closing her eyes again with a sigh. "I've killed so many people.... And I never knew that I had killed them until it was too late.... I never wanted to kill people... I just did... I was razed to kill and torture." she whispers softly never opening her eyes. Her heart was so berdened with the screams and pleads of all those innosent people that it seemed to make her pain that much worse.

"You know that doesn't matter anymore. You were forgiven the first moment you were sorry about what you did. I help you now. I'll make sure you stop killing. " Chris said trying to keep her calm. "Why don't you try to sleep. You must be as tired as I am, so I'm sure your body could use the rest. I know I could use rest and I'm not even hurt." He tried to joke lying down on the floor and looking up. "I'll be right here"

"Why don't you sleep on the coach? You're not a dog are you? This apartment has a stricked police of no pets over ten pounds and I know you're over that." Diea giggled as she opened her eyes slightly to show her normal light bluish gray eyes.

"I'm not a dog, and I don't think anyone over two months old is 10 pounds" Chris laughed. "I guess I could go sleep on the couch...not tonight though. I'll stay her. I don't want anything to happen to you. I'll sleep on the couch if you want me to, though." He sat up and looked at he admiring the color of her eyes.

Diea started to say something in responce but fell silent as she fell into unconciousness. She let out a groan as her body started to ache more and more. Why do I trust him to be telling the truth? Will he really not turn me in? I don't understand! She thought as her mind started to wonder.

He fell into a light sleep and woke up a few times because of her groning. Once he sat up and looked at her, wanting so badly to comfort her that he let out a long sigh. Not sure how to help, Chris layed back on the ground and fell back asleep.

Diea sat straight up and let out a gasp and almost screamed though held it back. Her body cried out to her begging her to lay back down but she ignored it and lifted herself off the bed lightly as she pulled out her midnight wings. She looked down at Chris as she got to the door and couldn't help the small smile that spread acros her lips... Though she didn't know why it made her smile. He stayed for me even when I told him he should have slept on the coach... Could he really care? I don't understand... She thought then went to the kitchen never letting her feet toutch the ground. She fixed some brectfast enough for two if he wanted any and sat at the table and prayed before she ate.

Waking about about 10 minutes after her he sat up and walked out of the room looking around to figure out where she had gone. "Goodmorning. How are you feeling today?" He asked sitting down at the table in her kitchen. "Breakfeast smells wonderful, did you happen to save any for me?" Chris looked at her and grinned slightly. Why did he think anything of her? If you asked him he probally wouldn't be able to answer that question. It's just one of those things that happened. As soon as he accually talked to her he couldn't help but want to hug her and make her feel that someone cared. Even as an angel he thought a demon deserved that much.

Diea looked up and smiled slightly. "I'm ok... Sor... But ok." She said softly as she tried harder to ignore the pain that had soothed slightly as she saw Chris up... Why did it soothed her?! "I made enough for both of us... As a thank you for keeping me safe... And not turning me in." she murmured softly as she looked back down at her food taking another bite. "Why do you show me kindness? You were sent to either kill me or take me to be killed weren't you?" she asked softly truly not understanding.

"I was suppose to kill you. And I should hate you but I don't." Chris stopped talking and filled a plate with food. "Honestly I have no idea. But I noticed I didn't want to hurt you, or be unkind, moments after you started to tourturing me." While eating he sat there deep in thought, Why did she take the pain from him? The answer to that would probally be along the same lines as his. 'She felt bad for huting him ect. ect.' Yet he still wanted to know. "Why did you take the pain from me when you could have just killed me?"

Diea paused for a long moment clearing her mouth and thinking. "I told you... I never wanted to hurt anyone I lost control... There's something about you though... I could have easily killed you or I could have let you suffer to death... But... You didn't try to fight me... You didn't want to hurt me... I was tired of killing and going threw the same old thing every day... I thought you would kill me after I took the poison away. I was rong and I'm glad I was." she murmured not looking at Chris in the least.

"I wasn't ever going to kill you, well after you had me up against the wall with those shadow things." He looked back down at his food this was getting rather weird. "Well, this food is amazing, but then again I think any food is amazing so I'm probally not the best person to Judge your food." He joked.

"Hay, you take what you can get and be glad you have that." Diea laughed lightly as she took a few more bites before she stopped to put her hand over her mouth for a secound then let out a small sigh of releif as the noasiose feeling went away. When she was finished eating... Well when she stopped eating she leaned her head on her hands and started breathing heavily like she had before as the pain shot up threw her bones and made it hard to breathe right.

The fork fell with a slight clatter to the almost empty plate as he stood a moved quickly to her side. "Remember deep breaths." He whispered. Pulling over a chair he sat next to her and rubbed her back. He'd seen mothers and fathers do this to calm their children. "Diea, how can I help?"

Diea shook her head as she tried to calm but it only hurt worse. She knew this would happen and she knew there was nothing she could do about it except taking some major pain meds... Though she couldn't remember where she put them. She put her hand over her mouth as she started caoghing hard again though when she pulled it away it had blood on it from her choking so hard.
