"Sir I believe this is one of your students correct? Well she was in a fight today" One of the guards said, the other stopping Terra from speaking and added "She had a weapon on her, so we needed to inform you that we're takin her down town" Terra growled at the both of them and struggled "They wont listen to me! My brother probably already convinced Mrs. Valkyr a.k.a our mom to destroy the security tape!"

The one guard that had a grip on her took her out, and headed to his vehicle. "Professor, she requested you, to be her defense. Honestly, I know this girl- so I'll give you her paper work; she's not as bad as people see her to be.." The other guard frowned and indeed knew Terra very well.. "Ask for Guard Reynold; I'm sure he'll have a copy of that security tape, I'll drop by your place to give you Terra's file."

After he had left, he entered the car and they took Terra off. She whined quietly and stared out of the window, what must her professor think of her now? Would he even help her? Terra thought to herself, 'He doesn't seem like the one to just sit back, maybe i'll be lucky and he'll work everything out quickly'

In no time, Billy turned off everything in his classroom and then locked the door behind him, ignoring the fact that concerned students would be. He sighed as he hurried up to the main security office to see this thing through. A part of Billy was screaming for him to help her out in any way that he possibly could.

Thane Reynold growled at the phone. "I said no! I am paid to not destroy any tapes no matter who or what," he yelled into the phone as he let out an angry sigh and slammed the phone down.

He looked up at the set of ten screens as he looked down at the controls and pressed the button to play the bottom middle one of what happened just outside the campus building. Terra was fighting with her brother and he easily saw that her brother was the one to attack and that Terra was simply defending herself. Then there was a knock on the office door. "Come in!"

Billy entered the office and looked at Mr. Reynold. "I need your help," he said to the guy.

Within no time, Billy had Thane on his side as he had the tape in hand, hurrying down to down town to defend Terra.

"Pops, whats gonna happen.. What if mum and my brother destroy the tape before someone gets a hold of it?" Terra stood behind the bars with a distressed look on her face, the officer that was to give Billy Terra's files was before her. "I'm doin all I can, don't worry." He walked over to his file cabinet and grabbed the one with Terra's name on it "Its time someone oughta give you justice, n before I leave the force, it's gonna be me." Officer Farlin was a good man, someone that was completely understanding..

Terra shook her head "You asked HIM to help? B-but, I don't want him to know everything that I've gone through" She whined and paced in her little cage. "I.. Like him- I don't want him to wanna be for me just out of pity... Venienti occurrite morbo. Meet the misfortune as it comes.." She sat herself down onto the cold concrete as Officer Farlin walked off.

Farlin waited in his car for Billy, he had Terra's file in his lap. With all of this, he could finally show Terra's true innocence. He waited anxiously- a quick court trial, and it decides Terra's fate.. Witnesses and evidence was all that was left, hopefully her professor could help her out.. He knew that Thane would help, he always had. Hopefully now that veil would lift from the judge's eyes.

Terra sat in the waiting cell, she felt terribly uncomfortable about everything that was going on. Her files that Farlin has, had all of the past cases and issues she's dealt with. Abuse cases; which by thesis became simple 'self-inflicting' for attention, then there were the cases where Terra would disappear; those being her minor years, she was sent to juvenile a few times.. There were pictures from the cases, and many bits of evidence that Farlin kept- but hadn't let Terra know.

He wanted everything to unravel in the end; to show that she wasn't the problem- it was her family.

Terra gasped and stood fast "Did I admit to Pops that I like Mr. Willington?!"

Billy stood before Terra in her cell, gasping for breath. He held up the tape to Terra to show her that he got it first. "I got it," he said.

Billy didn't get how and why this all happened. He didn't really care at the moment, but all he really did care about was making sure to help Terra make it known that Terra was indeed innocent. He knew it. He had a feeling. And it had also been proved to him such.

As soon as Willington arrived, and shown he had the evidence, court began. Terra was dreadfully nervous, but thankfully, someone she was friends with at the slums, had a lawyer as a brother. Of course he offered his help, only because he liked Terra.. He had the judge, and also the Jury watch the evidence, everyone sat in awe.

Terra's mother, and also older brother were both antic by then. Continuously dodging questions, or trying to claim he had a mental disorder. It was then the jury knew what to plea. The judge sat erect and stared Terra down, then told the jury to make their final decision. The exited the room for a while and re-entered quietly.

"We of the jury find Terra.. Not guilty" With those words, Terra sprung out of her seat and showed her relief. Police escorted her mother and brother out of the courtroom.. After a series of questions from reporters and such, Terra looked around for Billy.

"Why is it you seem to always be there?" She asked him curiously folding her arms. She smiled and laughed jumping up and hugging him tight "You saved my life just now you know that?"

Billy smiled down at Terra as he hugged her back, hoping his hug was good enough. "Yes, I'm curious as to why as well. Shall we celebrate? I can take you out to a dinner," he suggested. He really did want to celebrate, but the question was did Terra too?

Something strangely changed when Terra hugged him. It was in the way, the stance, that she wrapped her arms around him. It was as if Billy had been so asleep and/or out of tune today. During the hug, he rested his head atop her's lightly and then let her go before she could question herself.

Terra looked up at her professor and questioning tilted her head "Really? Your serious? Wouldn't you be a little embarrassed to take a student out to dinner?" Terra laughed lightly and smiled "I know I'm in the slums, but why don't I cook dinner for us? It's the least I could do, since you did this for me." She said sweetly.

For once in Terra's life, she was being sweet.. She herself didn't understand why either. Terra shrugged her shoulders "I can cook, trust me; and I'd rather make you something, than have you pay outta your pocket for me" She said with a laugh and then turned, realizing Stephanie was behind her.

"Terra can I talk to you?" Stephanie pulled her aside "Are YOU inviting our professor over for dinner? WHAT is going through your head?" She shook Terra by the shoulders, but Terra couldn't help but laugh "Its just a friendly gesture, and if it bothers you, you can just go take care of your mum" Terra said with a smirk, but Stephanie shuttered "I gotta let you know, I'm stayin with my mum now, so here." Stephanie dropped the keys in Terra's hand and left

"Well then, this is.. Good, yet really bad" Terra turned over to Billy and tried to smile, but it failed "Ugh, ok ok ok, let's go have dinner at my place, C'mon." Terra led the way to her car, though it was an oldie, it was good enough to get from A to B. "You wanna drive?" She laughed as she put the keys in his hand "My licence expired a while ago.."

Billy chuckled. "Alright then," was all he said as he put the keys ignition and drove the car to where he remembered Terra telling him where she lived. There was a feeling within him that had been so long since he felt. It was like something good was going to happen. He sighed and shook his head at the feeling as he let out a single sigh. "So what's with you friend?" he asked her conversationally.

Terra smiled and shrugged her shoulder's "She's just, weird" Terra laughed and looked at him. "She's just as concerned about status as the next person- she think's you n I are an item" Terra said, but sort of tensed, because it did sort of seem that way at this point..

She looked over at him and shrugged "Your just my professor, you'd help any of your students, right?" She asked quietly, as they were almost there to her apartment building. "Sorry, I didn't mean to ask that, I was just curious."

Billy sorta shrugged his shoulders and turned his head to look at her after he parked in the apartment's parking lot. "Of course. But you in general, more...I say 'Hell Yeah'," he said with a smirk, hoping to lighten up the moment.

Really, I did it because I like her. I really like...her, he thought to himself as he got out, tossed the keys to Terra and followed her into her apartment. He really liked her in sooth, but he really didn't know he'd tell her, not to mention how she'd take it.

Terra smirked and showed Billy the way to her apartment, she unlocked the door and opened it "Looks like Stephanie already headed out, sorry if the place is a little bare." She walked in and threw her bag next to the little bookshelf in the living space. "It's simple; living space, there's the dining and kitchen- down the hall are the two bedrooms, and in between them is the bathroom."

Terra walked over to the kitchen and put on her apron "What would you like to eat? I'm sorry about no meat; I'm not exactly vegetarian, but the only sort of 'meat' I eat is fish. So whatcha want?" She said rather perky, hopefully he didn't mind that she didn't like meat.

Without response she laughed lightly and started cooking, as the fish was settling in the oils, along with the vegies, Terra set up the table and grabbed two wine glasses. She pulled out of the fridge, red wine and set it on the table "Yeah, don't ask K? Stephanie would usually get the drinks~ I only drink on occasions." She winked and returned to cooking, and finally finished.

She served the lovely Salmon Saute with Fresh Vegetables. "Hope you like it, C'mon, come eat" She said as she waved him over

Billy smiled and sat down at one of the place settings and widened his eyes when he saw the food. "Oh my gosh...wow this looks good!" he exclaimed as he waited for her to sit down before he would begin to eat.

His mouth watered as soon as he bit into it. Most salmon he had ever eaten was basically tasteless to him. But this...this was just brilliant. It hat that tasty fish taste to it and it melted in his mouth. "Oh my gosh, Terra. This is amazing!" he assured her as he ate more and then surfaced to breathe air as he took a sip of the bitter but really good wine.

Terra smiled as she seen that her professor was enjoying the meal "I'm glad you like it, before anything- I really wanted to work in my very own restraunt, but, being in a financial fix I couldn't. So since I still had tuition grants- I thought if I could get a degree, then I could work my way up, y'know?" Terra finished her dinner and took a sip of the wine.

After dinner she took the plates, and started washing the dishes "make yourself at home- I know its not much; but you'll find something to amuse yourself with" She said with a chuckle, Terra really wondered why she had this butterfly feeling.. It seemed strange to her, until she felt herself out and ask..

"So, Professor, are you in any relationship right now?" Terra blushed, but didn't want Billy seeing, she kept her back turned from him, as she continued to scrub the dishes embarrassed.

Instead of sitting down somewhere, Billy followed Terra into the kitchen and leaned against the island to watch her work at the sink. He smiled at her question. "No," he answered as he crossed his arms over his chest. "What about you?" he asked her, still smiling.

Terra blushed even more and turned her face the opposite way "No, I'm not seeing anyone at the moment" She said shyly and then finally built up the courage to look at him. Terra looked into his eyes, and felt as if she was just melting. She gulped and looked away within a quick second and turned off the water and put the dishes on the drying wrack.

"So.. Professor.." Terra felt very strange as she turned to him and looked back up at him "What sort of girl are you looking for, exactly..?" She asked him curiously as she stared into his eyes.

Billy chuckled. "Please, call me Billy," he told her as he then began to walk over to her. Then he stopped in front of her, taking a step cautiously closer until their bodies were inches apart. "Why are you asking?" he asked with a charming grin. Then he imagined himself pinning Terra against the fridge and kissing her like she's never been kissed before.

Terra felt herself quivering, but ignored it and inhaled "I'm just curious is all, Billy" She exhaled and looked up at him. She couldn't believe herself, how she was acting, it wasn't at all like her. Terra felt herself blush, and then noticed she then wrapped her arms around his shoulders; then came the truth. "I ask, because I'm attracted to you.." Terra whispered softly into his ear. She had openly told him, without completely losing her own voice.

Terra let go and backed up into the counter, she really couldn't move anywhere. Terra blushed as she looked away from him, and then glanced up in his eyes "Just a wild guess, is that you feel the same. Body language; its easy to read sometimes." She said shyly. Terra wanted to just embrace Billy, but she couldn't; she felt completely paralyzed in place.

Billy smiled, a little disappointed she let go of him. The way she whispered in his ear made him feel an ache run through him. "Yes, I know. And believe me, I'm attracted to you too," he told her in a very desiring voice.

Without double thinking, he stepped closer than ever to her and wrapped an arm around her waist and placed a hand on her cheek, gently pressing his lips against hers, hoping it was okay. Her lips were soft and it was the way that they moved against his that made him never want to move away from her. His arm tightened around her waist in a more passionate way.

It's been too long since the last time he's been this close to any woman. He loved it. And he missed it. But this was more perfect than any other he could remember.

Terra's eyes widened at first, but as he kissed her she felt herself melting in his arms. She wrapped her arms back around his shoulders and kissed him back even more so. Terra felt completely lost, but this time, it wasn't a bad thing.

A thought sparked within her mind, that made her break the kiss. Terra then rested her head onto his shoulder and still remained close in his arms "Isn't this illegal, what we're doing- I mean; I'm 18, and for you to be a professor, you've got to be at least in your late 20's or early 30's.." She said sadly, though she hadn't wanted to say it at all. Terra looked up at him with a frown and held onto him tightly

"I don't wanna let you go, even if its wrong.. I mean, with you- I feel.." Terra paused, and then bit her lip "I feel like its right"

Billy smiled. "You're legal enough to date or do whatever you want with any guy," he assured her as he then chuckled. "And yes, I agree, it does feel right. Oh, and by the way, I will have you know I'm 26," he said with a chuckle ((I forgot what age I made himXD))

Before he waited for her reply, he pressed his lips up against hers once again.

Terra smiled and kissed him passionately, feeling the heat between them. She broke the kiss then by pushing his chest lightly and smirked as she tapped his nose "Hows it feel to be smoochin with one of your students" She laughed and made kissing noises as she skipped away from him and pounced onto the couch.

Terra looked at Billy, and smiled, though she did enjoy teasing him, she also DID enjoy him being around "Your a great guy, let no one steer you wrong; even if I am some adolescent girl, I really do think of you as a very charming and sweet man" Terra sat up and then looked around at her bare apartment

'Would it be to forward to just ask him if I could stay with him since I can't pay for this place?'

Terra sighed as she waved for Billy to come by her and sat back with her head on the cushion "I don't have a damn job!!" She flopped onto the floor refusing to move "I'm gonna have to sell that junk-heap to pay this months rent" She realized how foolish she looked, and sounded, she just wanted the attention..

"Quite frankly, I don't care of your age or that you're my student,"he admitted as he tried to compose himself from pulling her back into one more kiss.

Billy felt sorry for her. That would mean she wouldn't be able to keep up with college. He sighed and sat down beside her. "If you have no where else to turn to, you can stay with me," he assured her. He knew that was a stupid question to ask, but he'd hate to see her so helpless as she suddenly seems so prone to be.

Terra grinned and crawled up onto his lap "Yay, your amazing!" She went to sobbing and whining, to peppy and giggly, "Have a lot of acting under my belt too; forgot to let you know" She smiled as she sat there on his lap. Terra twined her fingers with his and kissed him once more passionately, and then released his hands, wrapping her arms around him; as her lips separated from his and moved down to his neck.

"You honestly don't mind?" She kissed his neck lightly and then looked at him once more "As long as you don't mind then, I don't either" She smiled as she snuggled him, and messed with his hair. "I'll stay here for a while, until Mr. Ridge figures out I'm jobless AND on my own." Terra flicked Billy's nose and then laid onto his lap.

"I wanna get to know you better, bond with you more- before I move in with you" She giggled and put her hands onto her stomach "I don't think you'd be used to seeing my panties in your laundry- or seeing me walking around in just my panties for that matter" Terra laughed as she covered her mouth as if she said a secret out loud

Billy bit his lip when he felt her lips on his neck. He loved that so much. When she finally went to speaking with him, he looked down at her and chuckled as he wrapped his arms around her comfortably. "Fair enough, Terra," he told her as he gently kissed her and drew back to look at her once again.

Terra smiled as Billy replied, but then thought for a moment "Then again" She tilted her head "Do you have a two bedroom place, or is it only one?" Terra looked at him with a smirk, she knew that the apartment owner would probably throw her out anyway. "I don't have many things- Just clothes and a silly old phone" Terra took her cell from her pocket and dropped it in his hand.

She sighed as she looked down to the floor "Mr. Ridge didn't really like me in the first place- only real reason he let me say with Stephanie was because I'd pay half the rent. Other than that he hates my guts cause I've been bad" Terra winked as she sat up and kissed her professor on the cheek "I'll give em the car, he's been wanting it for a year now; so then him n I should be even" Terra stood and walked over to her bag on the floor..

"I'm gonna go give it to him now, could you pack some of my things, my rooms the one on the right. Suitcase is under the bed." Terra left the room and shut the door behind her
