Mithos: I didn't think of anything like that, being an old, mythical god or anything. I'd just be a normal human being, but with the power of the death note. And of course I wouldn't reveal that power to anyone either. B)

Hm, I can't remember if it's in the rules or not, but I'd write it with a vague time of death like, "Do good things as much as possible and then when xxxx's time is up, he/she will die peacefully and happily in his/her sleep." I know it doesn't work if you try to extend their life, and if you do try to, they'd just die from a heart attack instead of having their life extended 40 seconds later. (I think...it's been a long time since I last read the series :XD)

I think if I had the book I'd honestly would try not use it, but then do use it to see if it works because I'm too damn curious for my own good xD;;

But from then on two things could happen; I could definitely go mad with power and kill whoever I wanted whenever I wanted if things don't go my way OR I could go into law enforcement or something close, find out who are serial killers child molesters etc. and well, kill them. I'd kinda be like Dexter except I write their names down and no one would ever know 83

I'd go on a killing spree and kill all those people on the news that never got what they should get. Like the ones that run people over with their cars and then attempt to blame it all on something else, like the weather, or like how there weren't any police around to direct the traffic so of course it wasn't his fault that he was driving drunk and slammed right into the policewoman who was there and caused her to lose her leg.

Or how it was so the bitch's fault for breaking up with him because he constantly hit her and used her money without contributing any himself and doing all that while he was cheating on his own wife at the same time. And it was always their fault! He'd already killed a previous girlfriend for roughly the same reasons a few years ago, but since he was being nice and good and docile during jail time, he got out easy.

Or like the people who treat their own kids as sex slaves. Some old guy even had a bunch of kids with his daughters and granddaughters.

I couldn't remember if there time restrictions or whatever. But basically, just make people do good stuff. And it's not like I would actively be trying to extend their lives, it's just kind of what would happen next. xDD Maybe I'll focus on older people. :ninja:

Well, I'm not as egoistic as to call the actions 'judgment'...more like, killing them would make myself feel happier about making one more people who is wasting the air and space with their existence disappear. :lol: So I guess in a way I'm just as bad as they are. *shrug*

I wouldn't use it. Seem really immature to even think you can just judge people all willy nilly like that. No one should have that kind of power. Besides I don't believe in death penalties for crimes.

In all honesty, I'd probably kill off a few people that are considered major criminals so that it looks normal and not like what Light did, killing those people all at the same time.

Or, I'd just lie around and feed apples to my new pet Shinigami. I hope it's fluffy and not as bony as the Shinigami I've seen so far. :eager:

Oh, and if a guy like L shows up, what would you guys do? I think I'd go the way Light went with that...but ultimately in the end that didn't work out so well for him. :?

Some of the shinigami aren't bony, there's one that looks like a fat giant slug who enjoys eating bananas. :XD I can't remember where I read that but it was drawn by the mangaka as a short series I think.

I'd ignore the L-like person and continue. I wouldn't be worried about being caught since all the cause of deaths I'll be writing into the Death Note would be accidents or natural deaths like from disease. They'll be hard-pressed to find anything unnatural about it aside from how the rate of criminals dying have increased.

I'd probably have started with the same intention Light had. I definitely would NOT have gotten into a passive aggressive battle of wits with a detective or gotten so close to one. As to whether or not I'd get power hungry eventually, I don't really know. I'm not the kind of person that gets very affected by that sort of thing. It would be tempting, however, and one only has to give in to temptation once to be completely corrupted.

I'd burn it. Nuff said. I wouldn't want anyone to have something that could murder anyone in the world...

I'd probably start writing down all the people who've done wrong to me and all the people I hate. I'm too selfish to use it for good. TBH, I don't think i'd even think about killing criminals. Just doesn't seem like something that would even cross my mind. After all the people I personally hate i'd probably start on Justin Beiber, Rebecca Black. . . And so on. Then when i'm satisfied I have everyone, i'd dump it in my drawer and forget about it until someone annoyed me again.

Oh, and if there was an L, i'd probably just ignore him til I was near getting caught and then kill myself with the Death Note.
