it wouldn't hurt to take vitiman C and and iron tablet.
make sure you take vitiman C with it though, or your body won't absorb it properly.

That's true - I stopped taking any kind of vitamin or supplements when I was in like 6th grade D: I should probably start doing so again!

yeah, a one-a-day would be a good idea.

@hummy - probably a good idea - it would have to be chewable though....the reason i stopped taking them is because you had to start swallowing the suckers when you got older and it's so hard for me to swallow pills and stuff *has a hard time taking meds* XD

Back then they really didn't have chewable except for kids...so I got over taking them XD Now they do...they even have the gummy vitamins for adults too but those are super expensive XD
