"Yes. I will for now." Vivin replied. "When I get bored I will get some. I have a long time to move." She grinned at her friends expression. "I'm not saying they aren't mine. They are. But I will get them when I have new caches set up."
Vivin laughed, shaking her head. "Well thank you, Soloi. It was worth the wait. This is a wonderful place. "You had no wish to claim it for your own?"

“Indeed, you could make your own jewelry with the gems in the water.” Soloi inspected the items waiting retrieval from the bottom of the lake. It was too dark to see the depths, but they dotted the shoreline as though tossed randomly along in large handfuls.
“Oh, I didn’t mind giving this place to you.” He said after a moment. “I don’t particularly like to sleep on the ground, and the forest is where you belong as an earthen dragon. I can always call in some clouds and sleep on those above the ground, but this place was for you.” He nodded. “A hidden-away valley fit for the closest of friends.”

Vivin was quiet as Soloi spoke. The dragon was indeed a great friend, selfless and thoughtful. She nosed a small gem on the shore, the Ruby's deep red making the tiny sand shoreline glitter red in the moonlight. "It is beautiful. I'm in your debt..." The female dragon stretched softly, eager to start her newest collection of gems.

Soloi yawned, rubbing his face on the sweet grass. "Vivin, the only thing I want in return is for you to love this place enough to use it well." He said, looking seriously for a moment. "Then, you won't have a debt to repay." He looked up to the sky. "I can make it cloudy when you want it, or sunny when you need it. Depending on your mood. Then, maybe we can watch the wandering humans throughout the day." He laughed. "They're quite entertaining. Especially the young."

The female hesitated, eying Soloi. "The human don't notice? I mean, obviously they won't see you from the sky, but I'm not so easy to hide, as well as I may blend in. I've never seen young humans...just the caravans. And they are always yelling and throwing things at me..." She pouted slightly, choosing to ignore the other dragon's offer for now. It wasn't that she was ungrateful, she simply didn't show gratitude or grovel like the other species might. Earth dragons were solitary, and as such, Vivin would either file the 'gift' away for when it needed to be repaid, or simply present Soloi with another gift at a later date.
