As someone mentioned soap, I'm a tremendous fan of this one: Tokyo Milk No. 06 Curiosite - 229g 8oz Finest Perfumed Soap Phrenology

Which, if I'm correct about what the corresponding perfume is, has notes of deep vanilla, exotic wood, white orchid, and ebony. It smells better and more unique than it sounds I'm a bit confused why they felt the need to list ebony, it should just fall into the "exotic woods" category.

I enjoy the smell of old records, the smell of when I first got some of my Apple products (the pineapple clean smell), the smell of rain, the smell of musty airconditioners, wattle, artificial strawberry and grape flavour, match smoke, garlic, baking bread and probably some others that I can't recall now.

Oh I forgot baby powder and pipe smoke.I like those,too ^-^

My favorite smell is the smell of my girlw hen she gets off work. She always has that mechanic smell :) Mixed with her cologne.

Another favorite is buttercups.

Hmm, my favorites have got to be vanilla, coffee, and wood. There's probably more I just can't think of... :P

Gemini: Oh man, how could I forget pipe smoke? I hate the smell of cigarettes but pipe smoke smells much nicer. My grandpa used to smoke out of a pipe, and every time I smell it I think back on all my fond memories of him when I was growing up :)

Some just have a really distinct scent that catches your attention. :]

I absolutely looove the smell of peaches :D If I could smell like it forever, I would.
There's also that magical smell of baking brownies or cookies or bread.

But above almost everything else, peaches.


I say almost because I also really like the way my boyfriend smells just always but I thought that'd be weird to say

I used to have this little kid's perfume that was supposed to smell like teddy bears.I always thought it smelled like my grandparent's house,and I wore it all the time.It's all gone now,unfortunately,but I still catch that scent every once in a while and it makes me smile ^-^

Firewood burning has got to be my favorite. It brings back all kinds of memories. Where I used to live and with the people I love.

I enjoy the smell of lavender, kettle popcorn, and brownies.

Vanilla. vanilla is my favorite of all, forever, I can like never get tired of that.
besides that, I like the smell of a forest (and I don't mean artificial smells you get in the supermarket for your bathroom, which smell nothing like forest), and the smell you feel after a storm outside, and the smell of oranges - but only in the holiday season, oh, and the smell of a bonfire! usually mixed with the smell of beer, haha. Oh, and the most important, the smell of my boyfriend~ /trying not to sound like a sweet lil' high school girl

Lilac tree. We had several beside our house when I was little and we didn't have AC so you could always smell Lilac throughout the summer. <33

I like the smell of my husband, especially when he's slightly sweaty. I also love the smell of vanilla.

My pillow. It smells like my hair and a combo of all the shampoos Ive used.
Many of the others listed things such as flowers and grass, burning wood, it all makes my sinuses revolt.

omg I thought I was the only one who liked the smell of my pillow! That and my old baby blanket.I know it's strange but I still have it,and I always take it out and sniff it when I'm upset.lol it always cheers me up.

MY favorite smells are pine tree (especially in combination with salty sea) that brings back good childhood memories. It almost makes me cry thinking of it. heh.
Also: Coffee Is The Best Thing Ever.
Saffron is a good smell as well. Spearmint, liqourice and chocolate too.
So many smells I've probably forgot until I smell them again.
