Well it's always available. You can also help people as well if you'd like without volunteering ^^
Just helps me know who to ping if I can't help someone. Because that way the proper person is assisting them.

But likely I'd only do so if they were already online.

ooh, this is such a good idea Poet :D

i would love to help out, but I always seem to be the one having problems, haha. I tend to go to my gaming friends for explanations or help fixing things. if anything computer related comes up, people need recommendations for a good mouse/keyboard/headset/computer related stuff, or just game related issues, i can ask them for help, since i'm not sure I'll be of much help myself

All good Aoi. If everyone was tech support who would help everyone? :)

I do the same when asking what hardware is better. I'm awful with hardware, I only really know my software.

I wish I didn't have to be so round about in the way I say things, but I actually do for a real job offer tech support and therefore have a bit of background knowledge. I can't say outright for whom, as I've signed a privacy agreement and could literally lose my job if I *do* go into any detail.

That's not to say I can't be discreet. :)

Ooh that is cool! :D
Your site looks good don't worry :)
Also the coding looks very clean... that's pretty rare for a lot of sites I check source of.

Don't feel bad, Poet, as I am bad at that too. Took me SO long to remember a PS2 from USB port/plug. I swear. Not that in the end whether I call it by the right name matters much. If I did technical support for a computer it would...

I tend to have to dumb things down for people so I'm so inexperienced with terms XD
I had nobody who wasn't an antisocial genius to talk to as a kid... >.<

*laughs* You know if you showed me those items in real life and asked me to name them I would probably get half of them wrong. I do recognize a lot of them. :O Some of them you really don't see much of anymore....I don't think I have a device in this house that has a PS/2 port. Ok, the Keyboard I've borrowed does...but that doesn't count. It's a midi musical keyboard (not a typing one...sorry lack of better terminology. >_>)
