I used computer tones. I inked it traditionally, then used the computer to tone and put speech bubbles. I was using paint.net to do that.

i see, i was recently told about manga studio and am really interested in giving it a try :D
though at the same time i love just drawing on paper itself and don't want to get too sucked into doing it all on a computer.
