I just checked. It's 31 days. Does anyone have a preference?

I wasn't sure if you were thinking about shortening the seasons so we might be able to play through them faster. I've done that in other roleplays like this before and even then we didn't make it through more than a few days before everyone wandered off due to this reason or that. If one day in the roleplay is going to take like 15 real life days, it's going to take us more than a year in real life time to even get out of the first season... Just throwing that out there.

So, I've been playing around with the idea of time skips so that we don't have like a year of nothing.

What if for right now, we plan to RP the week before a festival. We'll start on say Dec. the 15, and every 15th and 30th will be a day change. So we'll start on Spring 4th, and on Spring 10th will be the actual festival. So it will be a 3 1/2 month commitment. Then anyone who wants to leave can, or we can come up with another festival to celebrate.

So say it's still a flower festival, maybe there's a drought, and so all of our flowers are dying before the festival, so the towns have to come up with a solution to get water from somewhere to keep our flowers alive so we have enough to decorate the town square for the festival.

That's my idea. If anyone else has an idea for the story, I'm open to it.

That sounds like a pretty cute storyline.

Does everyone think they can handle a 3.5 month commitment? That's like superquick in terms of RPs right? xD

I should be able to. I know February will be a difficult month for me but I will do my best to post every other day.

We'll see how it runs its course xD

I think that's a good plot. I'm alright with the 3.5 month thing, though it might get a bit hectic after January due to University but we'll see :3

That is the theme I was going for in this post. (lol) Another reason I want them to be old is I assume all of us will make relatively young characters (30 and below in age) so I'd like it to be more evenly distributed in age.

Since March will be the couple of days the Spring flower festival and the end of this RP volume (I don't know what else to call it xD), it might be an injustice to the rest of us if you can't reply so often then? I don't know what exactly you mean by hectic, but just thought I'd speak my mind. As long as this one goes well, we'll make another volume.

Ok, let me reword my response from last night! Since I thought more about it since then.

If it gets hectic, and you're not able to respond every 2 days, just let us know. If it's something that you need a couple days for, that's cool. If not, then we can work something out. If you start and then say "I can't do this anymore" it's all good. I'm down with if things don't work out.

Since, your character can just take a "leave" to go help her Grandma or something, then come back when she's done.

Considering timing might change for event reasons and what not, we might be before the flower festival by then, so you might be back in time for the festivities when you come back!

That's kind of funny that the witch NPC is so clumsy because I was thinking of making my witch character a bit clumsy as well, LOL!

Sorry I wasn't around last night. I had to go to this party for work and ended up staying really late. I should hopefully get caught up on my other stuff when I get home tonight and then I'll try to work on a few more NPCs and maybe my character's profile.
