I like the idea of it being completely random... like, Belly picks 2 or 3 closed accounts and just raffles off whatever non-commons are in them. And maybe some commons could go as consolation prizes to anyone who doesn't win a raffle.

Haha, or you could do, like, storage wars. Have auctions for the whole contents of an inventory and they don't find out what they got until after the auction.
