Heat pad will work! I have a horrid back, constantly am in pain. Heat pads work for me. I also went and got one of those cheap mattress covers, like the foam ones? I think it was like 40 bucks.
Omg, the next morning it hurt so much less!

Ooo there's a good idea. I hear they also make it warmer on the bed because the material traps heat more than what the regular mattress is made out of.

I have noticed that actually! It's a lot warmer!
