Well I was thinking of treating it as a cursed object that trapped people's souls in it. So I was thinking of taking either my avi or an NPC (probably an NPC since they're more recognizable) and drawing them trapped in horror kinda thing. And the written entry would be a little drabble/story of how that happened.

What you use to draw? Medium wise.

Digital, photoshop. I'm not very good either way. I might attempt to sketch via pencil first since that's faster for me then scan but I dunno if I want to print the template out, to scan it back in to color it.
