and given hwo bad my teeth are, smoothies are th eonly way i get them anyways 'nods'

well i can eat some of them but my favorites are to hard, broccoli, colli flower, carrots, celery sticks, th eir all to hard for my mouth.. 'sigh' unless i get them in cans and then that's loaded with salt and I'm to avoid salt..

*hugs* it's okay... those particular veggies suit smoothies, especially carrot!
nuuu cans are generally not a good idea

yeah so i avoid them.. doctors orders.. i like going to kwick trip cause they sell the bottled smothies and even the one that has some good protien in it which is great cause then i get full..sure it cleans my stomach out to but i end up full haha.

Can't say I've ever had a veggie smoothie but I love my veggies

I drink protein shakes for 1 or 2 of my meals everyday

i can..err..once i get the monies to pick up a big thing of it..

I get mine through my gym which is also through work so I can payroll deduct if need be
