Yeah, it's the only clue, I believe. If you figured out the clue for the third egg, I think this one shouldn't be too hard to figure out as well ^^

Ann's friends are NPCs (at least, as far as the event so far). Last item, she also hid it with a "friend," who happens to be an NPC. So, what other NPCs are there here in Menewsha? ^^

  There is that, but she didn't really say 'friend' in this clue. She only said 'someone'. That made it a bit harder, I think. Luckily for me, I saw the clue after I found the egg! xD
