"It is not my blame because you seem to be the only one having a problem with me being by her. is it cus your her body gaurd or is there another Agenda your looking for hmm?"

Shadow grinned,"Look at everyone's faces. They don't want you to go but Katie is trying to be nice, Ryu is to much of a gentleman, and as for OnYeen...well according to her brother she hates disappointing people. I'm just trying to be blunt about it."

OnYeen, just wanting peace but flattered at both of the boys determination, knew what to do. She got out of her brother's grip and turned to him and Katie,"I think you two should have your own time together. I think I'll just have some OnYeen time." She bowed and walked out.

Ryu sighed,"My dear sister...always the divider. Shadow as much as it pains me you still have to follow her. She understands that. Remember you owe me."

Shadow rolled his eyes and groaned,"Whatever." He was consumed by fire and disappeared.

Eclair turned her attention back to Ace,"Yo Ace. I found some sweet action guitar solos. And for classical I found some violin stuff."

While mara was enjoying her book, she was still getting sleepy, as she had forgotten about her coffee, and she was drifting off while she was reading. falling into sleep was smooth, but not her dreams, as she fell into her memories.

it promised to be another warm, and humid day on the islands though the day had barely started, a fact that Mara instrutctor was quick to point out as Mara stumbled into the training grounds. Mara didn't complain however as she began her warm up before practicing for her staff exercises. only an hour had passed before her instructor switched her to hand-to-hand techniques. switching a few more times every hour until midday meal Mara covered hidden weapons, more hand to hand techniques, before switching to glaives as well. little had she know that day that she would be facing pirates that evening.

shifting in her chair Mara sighs slightly as she shifts lower in her chair as her dream skips time, flashing forward in time, to the night of her leaving the islands to come here.

"I don't understand why shes not getting any better in her air elemental use." the speaker was her air elemental instructor, and also her father.

"I couldn't tell you dear" that one was her mother and her fighting instructor. "just give her time, remember she is different from other children."

"i know... but it's so close, she needs to be able to pass it before her coming of year, or it'll lead to problems for her."

Mara was listening to her parents discuss the fate they had planned out for her from the next room while she paused to check that her leaving hadn't yet been noticed. "sorry mom, dad, but i can't do this any longer" turning Mara ran quietly into the night towards the ship she had rented to take her to the main land, her backpack on her back, along with her weapons and blades.

continuing to dream fitfully she slept in the bookstore chair.

Katie sighed and looked at Ryu. "Darn.. I was looking forward to her and Shadow coming.." She then looked at Jiro, rolling her eyes. "Please. OnYeen isn't even yours, it was one kiss dumb ass." She called, watching him run away like a wimpy kiddie baby whiner. She looked at Ryu. " He and Troy are a bit on the same wave lengths if you get my drift?" She joked, calling them both a bit... grabby.

Ace smiled. "Cool, I came over to ask if you wanna go to that new resteraunt in town for lunch?"

Eclair grinned,"Hell yeah!"

Ryu sighed,"Poor girl...maybe we should stop him; only if you don't mind. It might be more exciting."

OnYeen sighed,"What pointless agruements. I can't even go out with my friends...well my brother and his friends...hmmmmm I know! I'll find Mara!" She grinned and skipped off.

Shadow, being one with his nature, hid among the shadows following his friend's sister. Not the way he wanted to spend his time but he owed Ryu.

"Sure." Katie said with a small smile, putting out a hand. "Lets go."

Ryu grinned and took her hand,"This will be interesting..." He made a cloud appear and he lefted Katie onto it then hopped onto it himself,"We'll hide in the sky. Are you afraid of heights by any chance?"

"A little nit but i'll be fine." She said, holding onto his hand tightly. "Yes, this will be interesting.."

Ryu smiled,"Okay. Don't worry I won't let you fall." The cloud floated and went outside, high up into the sky, and moderately flew through out the sky until they just hovered over him; unseen and silent. Ryu, not wanting to blow any cover they had with Jiro's hearing wrote with his finger in the fluff of the cloud Poke my shoulder when you think we should dive on him.

She nodded slightly, putting her hand threw one of the clouds and giving Ryu a bright smile.

Ryu grinned,"It seems he lost his determination...how...boring." He turned to Katie,"So what would milady like to do?"

OnYeen stopped,"Wait...I told them I need OnYeen Time...*sigh* I guess I better think of something better to do..."

Shadow looked at OnYeen a little puzzeled and thought She must have had a change of heart...

Katie laced their fingers in fear of falling. "Well that is rather boring.." She said, watching him run off. "It seems Ken has lost his barbie.." She said with a small laugh. "Hmm... starbucks first or bookstore?" She asked, looking at him and blushing at the 'milady' statement.

Ryu shrugged and lowered the cloud so they were only about five feet off the ground,"I don't really have a prefrence. THink of it this way: Coffee and books or books and coffee. Whether that helps or not I don't know." He grinned. What he means is; do you want coffee with books or books with coffee?

"Hmm..."She put her hand on her stomach. She would've said 'speak to me' and laughed but she didn't know if Ryu would like her if she acted childish. " Well I am kinda hungry, wanna get starbucks first?" She asked. When he lowered the cloud she almost tripped on her own foot, laughing a little as she still had his hand.

walks up to shadow "Il give you a chance to be with Onyeen....but im warning you now if you hurt her it will be the last mistake you ever make do you understand?

Shadow laughed,"I could care less about her. Like yourself I don't even know much about her. In fact I know nothing about her. Personally I wouldn't have cared whether or not you went with us to that bookstore and beverage place but unfortunatly I'm her bodyguard so I had no choice."

OnYeen, being more observant than Shadow gives her credit for, heard them talk behind her. She could hear well when she wanted to. She grinned,"Dearest brother I can take care of myself...do not worry." She giggled and made water form in a disc like object and ,with her cold hands, she froze it and rode of into the sky and farther into the woods.

Shadow looked up as the princess flew away and smirked,"She's a clever one."

Ryu smirked and nodded,"As you wish, my dear." He turned his attention abck to his front view and the cloud zoomed to the nearest satrbucks. The sweet smells of mocha and sugar filled the air outside the shop. Ryu, being an Air Elemantel, used his hands to fan the smells even more into Katie's nose. He jumped off the cloud and held out his hand,"Shall we?"

Katie grinned when she smelled the aroma of coffee and sugar. "We shall." She laughed, taking his hand and jumping off. She looked at the starbucks shop and then back up at Ryu. "What do you usually get?" She asked.

The cloud evaporated and Ryu shrugged,"Well usually me and my sister both get mocha frappuccinos and then we leave the store and go somewhere else. Unless we're hungry. Then we snack on whetever we feel like. What about you?" He smiled and led her inside the sweet smelling store.

Katie smirked. "I get mocha frappuchinos all the time. " She said, happy that they had something in common. She followed him and looked around. "I like their cookies here." She laughed. "When I was younger I would always get one with my mother. Maybe we can bring OnYeen a mocha frappuchino back?"

Ryu smiled,"She would love that. So...three mochas and two cookies?" He asked Katie. He too had crimson eyes like Shadow but his were warmer, more welcoming. Shadow's were feirce and full of anger and agony.

"Yes please?" She smiled. "But I can pay for mine if you'd like."
