If you like the characters that is all that matters. Plus, the "villain" being very strong is generally not as badly looked upon as the "hero" being overly strong. Like sadones example of Sauron. It works because he is the villain and he needs to be strong to make the hero seem like they are overcoming more odds. Have you decided if the witch is going to be your hero or villain? Or what she is going to appear to be to the readers?

Problem is, my plot, is the classic good and evil magic battle. but the final resolution in it is magic is not to be condemn, but the person that use it. Witch appear to be on opposite side at first, but turns out to be the 'good' one in the new definition of good.
My final boss villain WAS(past tense) a good side, even his motive of doing the wrong action though extreme but understandable. Final boss villain is powerful, but witch has higher upper hand.

The mix up complexity is here. I am dealing with this argument. what is good and bad? good motive wrong action? bad motive good action.

No, that makes sense. For the majority of the story the reader would be assuming the witch is the villain then even though she isn't truly. Its a matter of perspective. So once the story completes and its found out that she is actually not bad, just strong and opposed to what the others believed it wont appear so mary sue. That's mainly the issue I have: having a character who is super strong and can beat anything anywhere and do no wrong no matter how you look at it. If you're able to play it off until your moral hits I think that sounds like a really good idea.

butbutbut! Ultimately, it is the witch that has the upper hand. Consider that the final villain boss is a self taught type, and witch has the backing of BOTH god and devil! O__O that is definitely over the board!

For me, I have no problem with god modding. I like a story not because of how 'unknow' it is. I like it because the story is that kind of story. So spoiler had no effect on me, in fact I love spoiler, so I can avoid going through the story if I see that the spoiler showing story that I don't like.

I again have to give myself mental warning that i am using too MANY buts. :<

It seems like it could be really good if you execute it right, xuxu. I would read it from what you've told me. Also, also, also, God modding isn't bad per-say. Its just HOW its used that makes it either good or bad for a story. Your use sounds like it could be okay. Most authors use it to go "MY CHARACTER IS SO GOOD AND STRONG AND PRETTY AND THE BEST AND OMG YOU HAVE TO LOVE THIS CHICK" and that is why I hate it lmfao.
