Work has kept me away from anything fun really

I guess I’m just useless when it comes to relationships. I’ve never been on a date. I’ve had one boyfriend, and he was an abusive asshole that took away too much of my life.
I’m convinced no one will ever like me after all the bullying at school...
I dunno, I guess I’m just really scared...

oof, yeah i feel you. my first boyfriend was abusive and he definitely ruined me in a way. i'm always scared and paranoid, even with the best partners. and i was bullied a lot at school too. but that doesn't mean you're unloveable and will never be able to find anyone. it just means you've got more to work through and that you need a partner who understands and treats you kindly and with respect.

Made me feel like no one will ever want me, no one will ever find me attractive, and that if anyone ever does, it’s all a joke.
I have trust issues after that, and then the abuse just compounded the fears :/

I have relatives like that, cousins
I don't know why they are like that
they were raised well and loved unconditionally
but they are jerks

It was starting to affect my health.
So now I’m unemployed lol

I was the easy target, the quiet, odd looking one.
Easily the most hated in my entire school year. I had one friend, that was it. Everyone else faked it
