I am awesome. I had a pretty severe anxiety attack last night, but I am feeling much better today. Plus, I have to start working on dinner soon! Even though its only 8:07am, I need 10 hours to slow cook the roasted Tomatoes for my rigatoni tonight. And I am going to be preparing the sausage for stuffed pasta shells.
