I haven't had near as much opportunity to be online as I thought I was going to.

I've done as much on tearing out wallpaper as I can, so the rest is up to hubby.
That leaves me with more time to post.

I can only do the bottom part of the walls...I don't go up on ladders.

Ugh pulling off wallpapers is not a fun task!

It is now a shell of its former self.
Down to the concrete floor.

We left the cabinets...just removed the doors.
We will be painting all of that stuff.

Oh sounds like a big project, but I'm sure it will be worth it.

We redid our old kitchen and it took forever because we peeled off one layer of wallpaper to reveal a second layer! It was awful.

We're thinking that it would have been easier to just rip the sheetrock down and re-do it!

Haha at times it seems that way. Wallpaper is evil. I'm so glad it's no longer popular. It's far easier to just repaint stuff.

We were looking at granite today.
I'm so excited to get nice granite countertops...

After we get those, then we'll worry about what the floor tiles and the backsplash will be...
