I'm going to say victim on this one, though she could be a villain.

She's the librarian who's a very close friend of the hero. She also ends up getting kidnapped.

This is a person who ends up discovering the main hero's identity and then keeps begging to be able to join him in his grande quest against the darkness! At the moment, she's trying to figure out her super hero disguise and... well... it's not going so well right now. Unless of course she's going with "funky kid who kicks your butt with... sparkles..." Yeah, keeping working it, you'll be a great sidekick once the costume's down right! XD

Of course she would be the first super hero in a bonnet... She could be Bonnet girl! Yes? No? Well keep trying.

((I assure you that wasn't a bash at your lovely outfit, I was trying to make it work with the hero/villain/victim theme, and she looks so unenthusiastic about it XD))

Hero. Something about the clothes and the animal companion make me think of a legendary folk hero or something. :)

Oooh. This is a tough call because of the black you have here. But, since the white is so prominent, I am going to go with a hero. A sort of indifferent angelic sort. You're mostly a messenger, and you only intervene when things get a little too out of control.

I'd say villain. The expression makes it a bit of a toss-up, but yeah. Villain XD
