I don't know why... but I just want to curl up and cry....

Goose: I feel that way sometimes too.

It's like I just want to let it all out and just hit someone as hard as I can and just throw everything that's inside me at them... Like I want to just scream at them at the top of my lungs and just get rid of everything inside me... Each day i feel presured by everyone around me... I have to hide half of myself to the people around me and make sure that I don't slip up or anything and it just ties knots in my chest that it provides discomfort and actually makes me lose some of my confidence...

Goose: Have you ever tried screaming into a pillow or punching something soft, so you don't hurt yourself nearly as badly. But I'm sorry to hear. :( I can't imagine though.

no I never have really? But I can't do it at the moment because my mum and sister will think that i'm crazy or something... :/

But sometimes things require one to 'act out of the ordinary'. I know I do it all the time - although everyone I live with sees it as normal, but I know others wouldn't see it as 'normal'.
