It's not a cape she's wearing - she's wearing the black shrug thing which only covers the upper chest and arms and then she's wearing the black wrap skirt if I'm not mistaken - the two items just meld together to make it look like she's wearing a cape.

I'd love the cool walking stick thing - makes you look butlery and smart!
