Nathan ordered and payed for himself and three girls then led them to a nearby table to sit. Alice followed and sat at the table with Nathan. Ren was still puzzled but shook it off and went to join the three at the table, making sure to leave room for Nariko.

Nariko had just about knocked herself out of her little daydream of reality when she noticed that everyone was already leaving with the wind. She caught up rather quickly in a small scurry, afraid to leave Ren's side for too long due to numerous reasons. She didn't know how many were actually related to herself.. For some reason, she felt paranoid. 'Jeez.. I need to get out more,' she thought in despair, only stopping for a moment before sitting down next to her love.

Ren looked over at Nariko smiled. "This is nice, yes?" Alice was ion her own little world in order to escape bordum. Going out to eat was nice but there was never anything to do... Not here at least. No coloring menus, or coloring sheets for a contest or anything.

Nariko smiled and nodded quickly. "Mhm~" She had her hands timidly crossed in her lap at the time, so any by-passer would have thought she was trying to hide something. In truth, she did feel a little uneasy due to simple paranoia, but she wasn't going to let it get to her. Nariko glanced around the table from Ren to Alice and Nathan. She hadn't seen that kind of peace for some time.

"So.. about that rematch..." Alice started to say quietly. Nathan glanced at her. "Should we have it in my realm?" He smirked. Alice blinked and shakes her head. "No way, they'll totally kill me if I go back there." "Well we can't have it here unless it was in a fighting ring or something..." Nathan murmured. Ren sighed. "Jeez. Why not just enjoy the free time?"

Nariko twiddled her fingers absently as she listened to the conversation. At one point, she even moved her hair away from her eyes as she sat next to Ren. The thought of fighting all over again made her think about what had a purpose in life. Sleep was originally not on that list, but something was different about the aura of the day. Nariko leaned against Ren a little, her mind somewhere else. Emotional exhaustion had already begun to win the battle against self-control on the inside, so it seeped through into reality.

[[ >o< just got back from my friend's birthday sleepover... thing.. we didn't exactly sleep much xwx; but we were fighting with one of her Nerf swords (one of the few that aren't lethal/deadly and sheathed high up on the wall somewhere -- she's a weapons kind of girl <3) and we dubbed it the "sword of reality" as we hit people (and objects, oh, the lovely inanimate) with it~ ]]

Ren glanced at Nariko when she leaned against her lightly and smiled a little. The guy came over with their orders and set them accordingly then turned and headed back to the kitchen.

Nariko stirred a bit when the orders were placed on the table. She didn't want to let go of Ren, but she didn't intend to make things difficult at the time. So, she looked up to her love. "What are we gonna do after this?" she asked with soft eyes, seeing as half of their time was spent and how Alice and Nathan had already planned on a rematch somewhere.

[[ They were crazy- we were all crazy. <3? Naia ran around with a cape on, pretending to be the unnoticed Canada from Hetalia so she could take over the world one day, and Katie nearly cut a pillow in half with her real sword =w=.. ]]

Ren took a bite of her hot dog and blinked, glancing at Nariko. "I'm not sure... Shopping?" She offered, not really one to go shopping but she figured why not? Just this once. Alice and Nathan continued their own little conversation as they ate. Somehow neither one talked with their mouth full.

Nariko kept alternating her hands from her cold glass while she listened to Ren. Nariko thought about the last time she went shopping- she knew she had gone to malls a few times with her parents... Usually they gave her gifts on the holidays and she never asked for anything else, though. Her eyes widened a little at the thought of having out-dated clothes in her possession. For once, Nariko was actually caught up with typical everyday problems. 'What if I'm out of style..' She shook her head. The ambient noise around in the restaurant seemed to make thoughts difficult for Nariko to walk through. "Sure~" she agreed cheerfully in the end.

Ren watched Nariko curiously then smiled when she gave an answer. "That makes me happy." She said, sounding like an adorable little kid, and having her straw in her mouth didn't help with how cute she looked. When Ren finished her hot dog she looked at her father and Alice still babbling and cleared her throat. The two paused and looked at her. Alice giggled nervously and rubbed the back of her head. Nathan just ate his food.

Nariko smirked in response to Ren's expression and looked off. Nathan and Alice caught her attention and that, too, made her keep smiling. She was somewhat amazed at how long the two had been going on, and with that she took another sip from her shake. "Would it be okay if we went shopping after dinner?" she asked politely after the silence had settled in Ren's respect. Nariko wasn't sure if Nathan wanted to be included in the specified 'we,' so she left that little detail out of the question.

Nathan looked as if to be shocked when Nariko asked if they could go shopping after they ate, and glanced at Ren who smiled innocently. "Um..." Nathan started to say then paused and rubbed the back of his head. "Sure, I don't see any harm in it." He smirked lightly. Alice giggled. "Ren is turning out to be such a lady~" She teased harmlessly and quietly, causing Ren to blush a dark crimson. Nathan chuckled. "Leave her be." He told her. "Where would you two like to go shopping?" He asked Ren and Nariko. Ren glanced at Nariko curiously.

Nariko looked up into her love's eyes after the blush showed through on Ren's face. She blinked once, somewhat stunned at Alice's comment. "Lady-like?" she asked aloud. "I was going to ask Ren if she wanted to go look at Katanas with me- though I did want a new Scimitar.." she continued to ponder aloud playfully,somewhat unsure herself whether or not she was kidding. Technically, Nariko wasn't of age to purchase weapons, but that didn't stop her and it never would. She also knew that it was a daring move to bring up weapons and combat in front of the parent. So, Nariko just took another sip of her shake. "Ne, Ren, which one's better~?"

This confused Alice. "Katanas or a Scimitar??? So you're not going shopping for clothes?" She pondered. Ren shakes her head lightly then looks at Nariko. "Katana's are definitely better." She smirked playfully. Nathan sighed and placed a hand on his head. "What it is you're shopping for, there are some shops around so why don't you two go walk around while Alice and I eat?" He asked. Ren glanced at her father the back at Nariko and tilted her head curiously.

Nariko took another sip of her shake and shook her head during Alice's statement to clarify her question. She set it gently on the table before sitting upright. "Then Katanas it is," she said somewhat distantly. Nariko watched the liquid settle, her mind roaming somewhere else. She had initially thought about going shopping for dress-type clothes like Alice had mentioned, but something changed that- the words formed differently when she spoke them. Nariko was puzzled by what could have caused such a motive alteration.

"C'mon, dad said we could walk around and look at the shops around here while they ate." Ren said as she slowly got out of her seat and picked up her drink, taking a sip and glancing at Nariko with her head tilted slightly.

Nariko looked up from her cup after an awkward silence made it past her ears, sort of still in the middle of a daze but recovering enough to think. Immediately, her lost expression regained color and turned into a smile. She laughed a soft single-noted pitch to herself before standing. Nariko took the cup- it wasn't glass, so she figured it wasn't store property- and joined Ren.

Ren lead Nariko to the "Blades and More" shop just across the street and held the door open for her. "There's every type of sword you could think of, and more." She giggled quietly. The man behind the counter saw the girls and gasped quietly, he hadn't ever seen children in his shop before so he didn't know what to think.

Nariko felt a little nervous walking into the weapon shop, but it was an exciting thrill at the same time. Seeing so many swords and maces and nun chucks- it made her head spin. She caught sight of the cashier and smirked towards Ren. "Do you want anything?" she asked, surveying one of the walls of weaponry. One of the giant bows even caught her eye.

Rein smirked and walked over to the most beautiful katana a girl has ever seen. Well she walked up to the glass it was behind. "This pretty girl right here." She kept her playful smirk as she moved her eyes to the guy behind the counter. The old man swiftly went to take it out of the glass case. "Who is your father, little miss?" Rein slowly rose to a full posture. "Nathan G. Lee." She grins innocently. The old man cleared his throat and nodded. "Right then, here's your katana." He said as he carefully handed it to her. "Thank you sir!" She bowed then glanced at Nariko with a sweet smile.

Nariko watched as Ren picked and targeted a katana- no, a gorgeous katana- to take. It was fascinating to her how quickly the scene happened as well as how simple it was. "Hahah, impressive~" Nariko chimed, a small smile forming upon her curious face.

Rein giggled a little. "Thank you~" She smirked playfully. "Would you like anything, my sweet?" Rein asked Nariko curiously when her head tilted a little to the side.

Nariko held her hands out and shook her head. "I-I'm good," she assured. She didn't want to offend the store owner by stating that the katana Ren bought was the only thing she would have been interested in anyway. "Wanna go try it out someplace~?" she asked. Nariko knew of a few training grounds where she'd tried out swords as a kid and couldn't recall any of them ever closing.

Ren giggled a little then nodded to Nariko's question. "Sure!" She chimed with a sweet smile.
