I walk in the neighborhood...about 2.5 miles.
My mind just wanders when I walk...I don't really even realize I'm exercising.

That makes it a lot easier. Sadly, I can't take regular walks anymore...the town we live in isn't all the greatest all around. Blech.

When we go to the races, it involves a lot of walking.
Our seats are a couple of miles from where we park our RV.
There are also a lot of stairs involved.

So I need to walk to stay fit enough for that.

Jean: Same here. It's easier to walk a lot when you're not focused on it though. We go racing, I don't sit down until i'm on the track, actually racing. Don't notice it until the end of the day.

There is a cemetery near us that I like to walk around in the fall and winter time. It's nice and quiet, no traffic to worry about.
