Hehe, blame my dad for getting me started early. The incarnation of Tenchi that I first saw was Tenchi Muyo. And that was before I even knew what anime was!

Tenchi was my first anime as well.
I watched a fair amount of Bleach when it was on TV at first. Many, many months worth. It just all struck me as the same thing over and over again.

That's referred to a filler anime. DBZ is another good example. Anything where the overarching plot is just never accomplished.

what, what I was talking about? Well, it's not even that it was filler, it was just all the sub-plots were very like each other.

Taiyo, they all have problems. I don't believe that I can possibly say that a single one of my characters does not suffer from some kind of severe... problem.
Lav: If my life weren't busy with constantly writing and being the only legal driver in the house... perhaps I would have time to read QC. xD

I think I prefer it without. I understand the symbolism behind the roses, but when it comes to color consistency it isn't so jarring.

Yes. And the original passage only mentions garlands on the tree, I think.
Quote:
There is a willow grows aslant a brook,
167 That shows his hoar leaves in the glassy stream;
168 Therewith fantastic garlands did she make
169 Of crow-flowers, nettles, daisies, and long purples
170 That liberal shepherds give a grosser name,
171 But our cold maids do dead men's fingers call them:
172 There, on the pendent boughs her coronet weeds
173 Clambering to hang, an envious sliver broke;
174 When down her weedy trophies and herself
175 Fell in the weeping brook...

Both me and Liz are fans of lilies. I'm a personal fan of climbing vines and things that manage to grow in the desert. Cacti! <3

Water Lilies are so pretty. I used to draw them all the time as a kid. I like things that are fragile, and yet survive. Its poetic.

You think roses are frufru? They're the only flowers witch were once made into weapons.
Also lilies were once called roses. The medieval rose is a climbing lily.
and besides black irises FTW!!

it is indeed poetic. They are one of the most evocative of all flowers, if you ask me.
Ah, irises. though I must admit, I'd drawn to those that are rich purple in hue, over the black. Though those are quite striking.

I don't care if lilies were once called 'roses.' People give inappropriate names to a lot of things. Like calling the Twilight Series "entertaining."
Irises are pretty. Bulb plants usually are. We participated in "beautify the highway" project by planting tulips along US 31.
