@Kita: Oh no.. D: Understandable if he doesn't want to go through chemo and radiation. Definitely wracks your body, but if it works the payoff is good, I think. Worth a shot, you know? In either case, I hope things go smoothly for him. Cancer is a like a taunting sickness. =\

My dad was supposed to have surgery for his cancer and be done with it. Its skin cancer on his leg, but the VA Hospital kept putting it off and now its spread and the surgery now would be too major and extensive and the plastic surgeon won't do it.

Thank you Iku. I'm very glad I have Mene. I've met a lot of friends here who help me. My grandma has cancer too, we got her diagnosis of colon cancer a day before we got my dad's diagnosis. Its been a kind of sucky beginning to the year. But my grandma has had her surgery already and she's already started her chemo, and she doesn't have to do radiation. She does chemo every two weeks until October. I'm not as worried about her because she's actually being properly taken care of since she has insurance. Dad has medicaid and has to rely on the VA and the fools at the nursing home he lives in. >_<
