I can use them, just not well. I can eat sushi with them but I have a harder time with things like rice (unless the rice is stuck together in bits, which my fried rice isn't).

Prepacks. Basically it's taking a bag of 400-425 shellfish pieces and putting them into a 50 count bag. Condensing essentially. It's tiresome and tedious. She gave the company 2 weeks notice that she didn't want to do them anymore and the guy pretty well refused and threw money at us.

I've been of the opinion for months that we've been allowing them to make 50%+ profit on the prepacks while we break even and don't make any profit for the amount of work that goes into it. When she said she wasn't gonna do it anymore he immediately offered to pay all shipping costs and then an increase for the actual product. Without hesitation. x_x

She still doesn't want to do them though, and I don't blame her. We've branched out and there's a lot to do now.

I have been using chopsticks all my life basically as well.

My mom would take us to a place where they made amazing Mongolian Beef and we'd eat it with cheater chopsticks. And once we got old enough, around 8 or so we'd eat with normal chopsticks.

But we'd eat at Chinese restaurants a lot, so maybe that's why.
