it always is very special when you win admin pick. i mean you in the proverbial state. like anyone winning admin pick is having a super special time. its like you finally get recognized for all the work you put into your avatar and you didnt even know they were looking. its really great. i like to think that eventually everyone wins admin pick. you just have to stay long enough and keep working on your avatar style.

this is true and developing a style of ones own is always good.

It's nice that they have more then one person picking. It makes it more likely that more people would get it since each person has a unique avatar style and each person picking enjoys different types of avatars. For instant my avatar outfits tend to be simple and I put the layering in my backgrounds. That's my personal avatar style. Where as some people like to put the layering in their avatars and keep the backgrounds simpler. Then there are people who layer both their avatars and backgrounds.
