I knit stuff often and don't draw things for people (when the idea strikes me,I MUST draw) so special requests are usually denied.

February 14 is the feast day for Saint Valentine, and according to Wikipedia, it became associated with romantic love around the Middle Ages. Valentine's became a commecialized shmorgasbord in the last century or so though.

I don't celebrate Valentine's Day but I still do events on websites.
I find Valentine's Day to be stupid and pointless.
Why do people need a holiday to tell someone you love them?
You can do that just fine any other day of the year.

If you're going that route, then it can be considered a special time to try and kindle possibly a lost romance.
Where I love yous stopped meaning anything. And you want the goodness they once gave back. >U

It started because Valentine was a priest,he would marry soldiers in secrecy because the state wouldn't allow them to be wed.I don't remember where he was from...I ADORE strawberry Pocky and the thought of giant Pocky scares me a little. o-o

I can make one out of Sculpey.I want a giant puff for my phone just so I can say "My phone has a giant puff on it!?"

I've got a totoro and a panda head that jingles XD giant puffs sound fun XD

Its the exact color as strawberry yogurt after you mix it really well.Sculpey makes excellent charms.

it's just too bad I suck with clay, I can only do stuff with colo rpencils and even then it's not that good...

I never really understood the whole point of valentines day, I mean I kind of get it if you have a spouse or a girlfriend/boyfriend, and then you get to be all fluffy and romantic with each other with roses and chocolates and whatnot. But if you don't have all that then what really is the point?

actually, all those things you said, you can do those all on any old day. but I guess I have to agree somewhat on the whole what's the point...but then what if somebody confesses to you on that day? I suppose that would be reason enough? maybe...I don't know anymore, I just confused myself :sweat:
