Well, I dunno... After all, traditionally when a normal vampire (or Dracula, lol) bites and feeds from a human, that human becomes a new vampire, which is why that's considered "breeding", but a Crusnik doesn't create a new Crusnik by biting and feeding from a vampire, so I really don't know... Lol

Nah, it wouldn't be considered the same, because there's no Turning involved. However, we can pretend it's still ttly secks. XDD
