Thrown for a bit of a loop on a small issue. Letting it simmer for a bit to figure out how to solve it. Expect I'll be ready to continue it in a few hours and it should be finished relatively soon after that.

(Though I actually managed a few hours yesterday night. 4.5 or so. Tonight I'm still waiting to see, probably 4-5 hours more before I can sleep at the very least anyway)

4-5 hours are good! Actually, that's enough if you're getting that amount regularly (daily) because your body's used to it. Going into REM successfully helps too.

Blegh, problem is it's not 4.5h in a row. It's "4.5h splintered into about half a dozen bits and pieces because I kept waking up due to some muscle issues".

And don't worry. If, in the past, I've survived being awake for 74 hours straight, as well as a three-month timespan where I averaged about 22h of sleep per week, to name but a few cases, then this too shall be survived.

I needed to help my sister with an assigment thing she has due later. She's in the UK, so there's a timezone difference thing going on.

Yeah, quite the timezone difference, I'd say.

Was a few years back, though 50+ hours occur from time to time still and the occasional week of below 25h of sleep as well. Just generally not that often or that extreme anymore. But yes, very much not healthy. Hence me taking note of how hypocritical of me it is to say something whenever I poke one of you Coloured Names to point out sleep does somewhat matter.
