Ahh... We were supposed to spend all summer together basically, and it was all planned well in advance, when my father declares we're going to Florida and I'm not being given a choice as the tickets were already bought and paid for by family who assumed I'd be just tickled pink to go--without Matt. At first I upsetly agreed to it, but now I've been given the choice as to go or to not to; and I'm going to tell them tonight I don't want to. XD'' And even though I'm twenty, my father and grandfather both insist that I'm still under my mother's roof and she should force me. She says it's up to me, but everyone's guilting. xD; So I was sick today from stress. 8D

Oh no, that sounds awful. I can give a little advice in this area... I used to forgo family events to stay and chat with my husband online (back when we were far apart), but it really ended up not being worth it. HOWEVER, being with each other is a totally different realm; I'd say just do whatever you feel is best in your heart, just don't burn any bridges with anyone. I'm on good terms with my family, but living so far apart now makes me miss them (and before I thought there would be nothing better than to just get away from them). I hope it works out well for you whichever way it turns out - hopefully they'll realize that forcing you to do something would be the worst thing they could do. *gives you some tea and hopes you feel better*

I would have loved to go if I was given some heads up and you know, asked. xD'' Matt and I had everything planned several months in advance and they were just like, 'cancel everything, we're doing this'.

I would love to go if I didn't honestly know I'd be crushed cause I won't see him until Christmas. ><; That and we have no privacy in a house of about six, so having half of them gone would be so amazing. *_*
