Thank you!

Those pinup items were not great in terms of being priced at that value. o.o

EGA set, I may buy them now, again. :)

Popcorn, I'm not altering the price of the EGA socks or crown xD Those are fine to stay as they are.

I'm a bit side-tracked right now, on the scent of someone who's looking "good" for turning out to be a massive scammer >_> So there's no saying if I'll get any refunding done today. But I'll chip away at it til everyone's sorted

It's actually depressing me mightily : / It upsets me a great deal whenever I discover that someone who seemed to be a decent community member is actually a huge cheater :(

But you are doing a great community service and making the rest of us have a much more pleasant experience on here.

Yeah, but the thing is, someone gets banned and everyone's up in arms about it, assuming we banned them unfairly.
Usually because they didn't know what the cheater was up to, and because the cheater themselves never admits it of course. They'll be all, "OMG!! I got banned and I don't even know why/did nothing wrong!!!11!!"etc... >_>

So are we supposed to tell people what they did? I'm half tempted if anyone questions it when this person gets banned, to be honest. Because I'm tired of the staff being cast as the bad guys all the time. We're not the ones ripping the users off >_>

That's a hard question to answer. I mean it would save a lot of staff members the hassle of being harassed by the perpetrator's friends, new members worried of unfair banning, and just the general public, but would it create more hard feelings?

; _____ ;
But these things are necessary, even if they are messy.

This is a question I think I could really answer without stepping on quite a few toes.

This is the issue you see. Despite someone having done something dispicable, it would be unfair of us to tell everyone about it. All we can really do, if that person joins up again, is watch them like a hawk.

But we can't always tell who people are when they rejoin, so that's easier said than done.

Some say that people "learn their lesson" by getting banned. But I don't agree with that at all. Depending on what it is that they're doing, they know full well that it's wrong. If it's something like manipulating glitches/loopholes for their own personal gain, or off-siting or scamming or multi-accounting or whatever.
These people don't learn their lesson, if we hadn't caught them they'd still be doing it : /

But when people get banned, you tell them what they get banned for, or at least they can ask you. I think they should know their mistakes, but of course they can't resist the temptation of 'free' money. They might know what they did, but I do not agree that they necessarily learned their lesson(s).

Hey Jelly, not everybody is going to form a mob against the staff, you guys still have supporters.

Oh em gee! That is crazy! i want free things meow! Price drops are nice! =) Glad to see that some of those outragous prices are being lowered. =)

Hatake
When users get banned they recieve an email to notify them. I believe there is a block also that lets them know when they try to log in. Kind of like the login attempt fail. But that is only if the staff member who bans them fills in that block for reason for it. Which I believe all the staff members do.

1.5k! Woo! xD

Thanks again for lowering the prices and sacrificing so much of your time to offer refunds to everyone. It's great that you care about making the site fair and keeping everything up to date, rather than letting "Oh, it's been that way forever, it's too much of a hassle to fix it now" be an excuse to let things be bad.
