lolz...Right now..Your plot line is train to kill Raven..But..hmm..early in the RP..mabey there will be an obstacle which will stop you..duno..I have my plot line..

Yeah that's what I meant... cuz it'd be a bit boring if we just troop stright to Raven's castle, fight, bleh, then the story's over and the RP closes. I just thought we could add a mini-adventure or something to make it more interesting :angel: :D

Yeah, that happens, I'm leaving. For sure. Because then it becomes a fan based RP and If I wanted to be in a fan based RP, I'd go to that forum.

It's not the after story, it's the place. "Hyrule" or whatever, is the world "legend of zelda" is based in. As is the character Link. Were the "after-story" to happen it would be a legend of zelda fan-based RP and I have zero interest in being a part of that.
A part of this is: I don't know why, but completely ripping off a character really irks me. Taking Powers or species classification I can understand, but just taking an entire character and Rping with it seems very... lazy to me. To the point of it being like the deadly sin (sloth) =.=
Because the person puts zero effort into it. The backstory and personality, weapons and clothing, it's all already made.
Oh and this also connects to the other thing that really pissed me off. "You're getting angry at basically nothing." ~link~ you feel that way because you DID nothing. The rest of us took the time and effort to make our characters, and when you do that you put a little of yourself into the character, thus forging a small emotional connection. You on the other hand just took your (im guessing) favorite character and ran with it. No connection there. You may not have used link's ACTUAL picture, but that's the only thing you changed.
Sorry for the rant, but it's all stuff I've wanted to say for quite some time.

Dude, I've RPed as Link on here dozens of time with other people who actually liked it, also, I'm a fan of the Zelda series, going on nine years strong, I'm playing as a character I love and I'm not gonna stop until I lose interest. Okay, sure, Link is not an original character, but should you really take offense to that? I CAN make up my own original characters, but I choose not to, because I love thinking that I'm like Link, who is practically my childhood hero. I have FUN being Link as well, also playing as Midna because I love her too and that's all that should matter, just having fun in the RP as your character(s). I don't care if other people don't have original characters, I say why bother getting upset about it? Not everyone's imagination is so grand that they can just make up something on the spot.

Don't bring up like "the reason why you're not upset about others not having originality is because you're not original either" so? I don't care, just play as who you want, any way you want, as long as you can make it work. If my character isn't working out then I'm sure someone would've said something, or I would have found that out myself a long time ago, no one else is getting upset but you and that is not enough to make me want to stop and leave. If anyone else wants me to leave just because of my character than speak now and I'll just go find some other topic.

Its alright opal if you're not a fan of zelda, you don't NEED to go with my idea, I'm just merely trying to make up something we might possibly enjoy. But apparently that is not a good thing because its not original.
