"One Peach ice tea comng right up" Hearing the bell ding at the serving window Alex rushs over to the pick up the espresso and soup. She walks over to sai and places the espresso and soup down infront of him."enjoy your espresso and soup Sai."She then walks over to the section of the counter with most of the equipment need to make most the drinks and starts by pouring some ice tea into a glass then squirts some each flavoring into the glass, stirs it all together, then places a sprig of mint to finish it off.She walks back over to Kali and places the peach ice tea she ordered down."enjoy"

Sai nods in thanks, inhaling the soups smell then sipping it, dipping crackers in it and eating, the soup sending tantalizing shocks through his whole body. "Delicious..." He mumbles to himself, taking a break and sipping his espresso. ^^

Isabella walked hand-in-hand towards the building with Devlin. They were a little late to work today, due to her accidental oversleeping and taking longer to get ready. Exasperated, she ran her free hand through her hair, tousling her dark waves. "Baby, it's way too hot out here right now. I'm glad it's air conditioned inside," she sighed, then fanning herself. It was warmer than normal outside and she couldn't wait to sign in to work.

Devlin laughed. "Don't worry, we're already here." He opened the door for Isabella and let her enter the cafe first. He called out to Richard. "Hey man, sorry I'm late. Isabelle here overslept again." He was met with a swat to his arm by the hand that was formerly intertwined with his. "Baby!" he responded to Isabella's hit, heading towards the counter and walking around it so he could start working. "So you're doing my job again huh? Keep your tips and enjoy," he said to Richard. At least that was his close friend here that wasn't a female.

She shrugged and rolled her eyes after she smacked Devlin's arm. "I'm gonna go sign us in and go help around till we get more people." Using the computer at the front entrance podium she entered in her employee ID, then her boyfriend's, and they were both clocked in. Isabella called out to the other girl employee working there. "Hey Alex, do you need any help right now? I'm free until we get more people in here." She headed over to the drink counter, playfully bumping her hip against Devlin's since he was there and made herself a root beer float, noting it into her employee tab.

Alex called out to Isabella"No I got everything covered."

Cookie walks out of her office and into the kitchen looking half asleep and grumpy as usual for this time of day. She doesn't really wake up completely until around noon. It's a matter of some debate whether or not she sleeps in the office. There are some bets going on it, but so far no one's been able to win yet as Cookie is the first to arrive and the last to leave. There is also a theory going around that she's a robot....a very grumpy robot with a sweet tooth. "Am I the only one that owns an alarm clock around here?" She grumbles, helping herself to a muffin. "I wish I didn't own one, but I do and here I am."

Alex looks over at Cookie"I'm really starting to wonder if you have one of those pull down beds hidden in the wall of your office Boss."

"Of course you wonder. How much money do you have tied up in the betting pool?" She smirks. She flicks a few crumbs off her shirt. "It will just have to remain one of those great mysteries of life. Are there aliens in outer space? Does the Loch Ness Monster really exist? Does Cookie actually have a life outside of the office? The world may never know!"

"Yeah you have a point there boss"She replies while trying to remember how much money she bet again.

Cookie finishes off her muffin and tosses the wrapper in the trash. With a frustrated sigh, she brushes at the crumbs on her shirt, muttering about boobs being crumb catchers. Once she's done battling crumbs, she looks up. "Everything ready for a busy lunch?"

Alex rolls her eyes at Cookie's muttering"Yeah I'm pretty sure it is"

"Only pretty sure? Not '100% certain Cookie ma'am sir boss person?'" She grins. "Well let's just make sure. I don't want lunch to sneak up on us only come to find we don't have enough soup."

"I'm pretty sure we have enough soup. As long as a whole army of people doesn't come."She smirks"And if an army of people does drop by we can just kick Richard in the bum to make some more."

"Yeah, something tells me that's not gonna happen. The butt kicking part. But you never know when a hungry army is going to stop by. Be on your toes. We wouldn't want to turn away a starving army. They might decide to do some plundering and pillaging. Gotta watch out for those damn vikings." She wanders to the food window, peering into the dining area, taking in their few customers.

Alex's eye twitchs"I think your thinking of like Atilla the Hon."

"I'm not sure I'm thinking at all at this point. I need a nap. Or another muffin. We really need to stop lacing the muffins with crack," Cookie says, glancing longingly at the muffins, which she knows she should not eat another of. But they're so good!

Alex just rolls her eyes and sighs"Boss for the last time the Muffins aren't laced with crack."

Yosuke entered the cafe, greeted by the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. He waited near the hostess booth and eyed the array of desserts lit up behind the glass display.

ashleys day started like any normal day wake up go to work get yelled at by her boss for being late she was used to it by now but her day turned from normal to hell in 3.5 seconds. she was counting the money when her boss gave her a look and told her that she was fired she was totally shocked "damnit i needed this job." without a job she was going to have a hard time paying rent on her apartment so she grabed a paper and walked into the wallflower cafe as long as she ordered something they couldnt kick her out right she just didnt feel like going home so early in the morning.

Richard looked out and saw Isabella and Devlin enter. "Doesn't Isabell tend to do that?" He laughed when Isabella hit Devlin. He wiped his hands on a washcloth and went over to the front counter, "Well someone has to do the drinks when the Barista is away." He noticed that Cookie was awake. "Morning sleepy boss," Richard said cheerfully as he went back to the kitchen. "Want me to make you anything?" He asked as he saw Cookie eying the muffins.

Cindy walks into the cafe and takes a seat near the counter so she could smell the food cooking. 'Mmmmm' She though to herself what she should order, 'A mufffin....maybe coffee, oh I know I'm going to get a muffin and coffee.' Cindy sits quietly waiting for a waiter/tress to take her order.

Cookie shakes her head at Richard. "Don't tempt me. I'm marshmallow-y enough as it is because of you," she accuses, pinching herself to demonstrate her marshmallow-y-ness.

Cindy stares in wonder at the woman who said 'Marshmellow-y-ness' with a sort of concerned look on her face. "Hello.....you are not made of marshmellows.. are you?"

Garrett entered the café rather quickly, making an effort not to be seen... and knowing full well that anyone trying as hard as he was not to be seen was more than likely to be seen by everyone. He was constantly looking over one of his shoulders, trying to hide the fact that he did so by popping his collar high enough that it looked ridiculous. Immediately, he took a seat at an empty table away from the windows, and kept his eye on the door.

Cindy got up slightly noisey and went outside quickly to grab a newspaper. She came back into the cafe and sat into her seat and started reading the newspaper.

Garrett leaned towards the girl cautiously, eyeing her for signs of trustworthiness. "Psst," he said, trying to catch her attention, shifting his eyes from her to the door. "You didn't see anyone suspicious out there, did you?"
