Axel looked over and pointed out the controls. "It's a joystick configuration... That's to move... and those are to attack and block" He started fighting Alana in the game taking it easy on her.

She watched him use the controls for a moment and then began to fight him also. She moved the joystick around causeing her character to leap up and kick and punch and stuff likethat. It was rather fun she supposed.

"I really should be getting back now." She said after the game had finished. "Theres a lot to be done."

Axel looked surprised "Why... I'm sure thd clan can get along without you for a day" This was his his first time alone with Alana and didn't want it to end "Weee could... grab a bite to eat... wait I mean..." He had already screwed up and most likely had screwed up the date.

"Sounds fun. The inn caters to vampires and werewolves so we can go and get a bite to eat. Unless you were offering yourself instead?" She said teasingly. He seemed upset for some reason. "I suppose the clan can survive a little longer withoug methere to help it." She hoped she was right. She supposed she deserved a day off every now and then.

He was surprised when she didn't say no or walk out on him "O...kay" He smiled and held his arm out to Alana in an escorting fashion and smiled seeming like he was playing but was actually trying to be a gentleman.

She hooked her arm in his and smiled nicely.

"You know your like my best friend. I dont know what I would do without you." She said nonchelantly as they walked toward the inn.

"And how are we this fine night" Dresdus asked Rukura as he sat next to her in the study.

Astray, smiled at the older vampire whose name she had yet to learn, before asking her the question. “What is you’re name miss?”
Astray though a pureblood was very politely to her elders unlike other purebloods, which felt themselves better simply, because they have the vampire blood in them since birth.
She couldn’t help but giggle at the other’s childishness.

"i need to find somewhere to stay for a few days i have been sleeping at the graveyard i need to find a inn for a few days can you help me" she still smiles

Axel lowered his head <Just frienss?> then he remembered he had never done this before with her so... <of course duh> He escorted her to the restaurant down the street. As he and Alana entered you could feel the friendly atmosphere. He sat with Alana at the nearest open table.

Alana smiled as he helped her to a table. When the waitress showed up she ordered a large cup of o positive. She sat back looking around at all the people there. They looked freindly enough. She wondered why Axel was acting so strange. He seemed happy and at the same time troubled.

"Is somthing bothering you?"

Axel ordered a roast beef sandwich with a little bit of blood on the meat then said to Alana "Blood itself doesn't taste good... but use it as a sauce for your meat it tastes great" He smiled again avoiding the question not really having the words to answer it.

Domitry smiled at his sister. "if you would like to invite her we can." he said sweetly. "Why do you think she's been staying in her studys so much?" he asked as he looked around his sisters room, noticing that everything was where it was supost to be.

Alana looked at him a moment and then gave him a hug.

"Come on tell me whats wrong. Im your best friend its the least you can do."

She began to drink her blood waiting for him to give her an answer. SHe noticed a few other people around but no one of particular interest.

Axel took a bite of his sandwich, chewed, and swallowed it. He again avoided the answer "I don't know the moon phase maybe" What he forgot was that last night was a new moon. So he probably wouldn't end up convincin her.

SHe looked at him a moment and then sighed. She was done trying to figure out what was bothering him. She finished up her blood and then stared out the window for a while. She watched the passersby wondering what they were thinking. A lot of them looked in a hurry and she wondered what they were rushing for.

Holly looked at her brother. "You know I don't really know. I wish I did though. She must be very smart she spends all of her time there. Do you think she will let us in if we ask her in a nice manner?" She walked to the door and open it and waited for her brother.

Rukura looked over the family tree of the purebloods over and over agin. "So what do you have in plan now that your tree is getting smaller? What are you up to?" Her study was covered with books of vampire history and all the treadys from over the years by the different vampire clans had with one another. Though most of them where never kept.

Axel looked out the window of the restaurant "Hmm why are those people in a hurry?" Axel pushed it out of his mind as he decided to try to make his move and spoke to her "Ummm... have you ever liked anybody" He was trying his best to find the words to say.

She looked at him wondering why he would ask her somthing like this. Her green eyes began to shine as she said

"Well I like you. Your my best friend. I like the people in my clan. There good friends of mine also. Why do you want to know?"

"Though our kind are smaller in numbers, it does not mean that we are less powerfull." Dresdus told Rukura. "We still have dominance over the turned vampires, and the vast majority of the vampire population share the same hatred for the werewolves."

Axel had to ask before he lost his nerve "Ummm... well wha I meah is have you ever liked anyboby?" Axel was starting to get more and more nervous.

Astray gave the girl a smile. “ But of course, there’s a nest not to far from here. I’ll lead you there!” Astray stated as she lead the older vampiress towards her clan’s nest.

* Robert and Juliette had been sitting at a table in the Inn's restaurant for a good long while now. Robert was enjoying a steak, extra rare extra bloody, and Juliette had her usual pork rib sandwich. Robert suddenly looked up, surprised, and sniffed the air. He turned and saw what looked to be a typical human couple, but their smells gave them away... that was a werewolf hitting on a vampiress! He let out a low growl, then Juliette hit him. *

"Hey, shut up! What are you growling about?"

*Robert simply pointed at the couple, saying nothing. Juliette looked at them.*

"What? It's a humanoid couple, just like us, what's the problem?"

*Robert whisper-growled to her* "Can't you smell it?"

"Robert, practically nobody has as good a nose as yours, even in your human form, so no, I can't. What is it?"

"The guy is a werewolf. The girl is a vampire."

*Juliette's eyes widened, then glinted mischievously as a small smile appeared on her face. She whispered back to him* "Reeeeally now? Well, this could get interesting. You go back to your meal, you were never much for subtlety, I'll keep an eye on them and see how things progress." *She proceeded to sneak glances at Axel and Alana every now and then, not being obvious about it but keeping abreast of the situation.*

Alana looked around sure she heard a growl. She noticed a few people here but no one of interest so she turned back to Axel.

"Axel I dontknow if I told you about Charlie. But see we were going to get married and he died. He got killed by werewolves. It was on our last date and I managed to get away but he gave his life so I could. I have never tried to love anyone since then. WHy are you asking me these questions anyways?"

She peered at him with her green eyes.

Axel after hearing those words lost his nerve. "Nothing at all" He could see the sadness in her eyes as she spoke. He hadn't heard the growl... mainly because his attention was here and on Alana. He looked down.., he was surprised she was talking to him at all. How his species could be this way was beyond him. "I'm sorry for the pain my species has caused you" he had said that quietly but Alana would be able to hear.
