"I used to," Cassiel replied, a sad smile on her face as she gracefully glided below him, facing up and shook her head calmly, "But they died in one of the Nether-worlds.. Now they rest peacefully in His embrace.." She replied, placing her hands on her stomach for a moment before descending slightly, her form twisting over as she flapped her wings twice, the long blonde hair that she sported, whipping about gently each time,
"After I was the last one left and I.." She stopped before she finished with the truth, "I escaped the Netherworld, returned to Celestia for a while.. But I needed to heal more than my body.. So I just looked for somewhere peaceful to be.."

He hid the information away in the back of his mind and watched her for a moment before looking ahead once more.

"I meant in Geltania." he said and chose to not push her on any secrets she witheld. What did he care.

"Hm.. Who knows? Maybe there might be.. Even if there weren't, I'd be recognized for who I once was.." She smiled a little, her wings once again beating against the air, it wasn't like it was necessary for them to do so, but it felt oddly natural,
"So what is it you plan to do exactly, Mikhail?" She asked, turned over again and folding her arms with a smile, "Since I'm coming along, I'd at least like a clue of what you intend."

He simply glided for a moment, breathing in the fresh and free air.

"I told you. I need to find my sisters." he responded mildly, choosing to voice his thoughts in her mind rather than aloud. Not wanting to be recognized for what he was, he shot a bit higher over clouds, not wanting to be seen from below.

"I told them to go to the mountains in the mortal realm if I didn't return, they should be there."

"But then why must you know if I have friends in Geltania..?" She asked, following him up above the clouds and bather in the sunlight as it hit her face, the shimmering of the mist that had gathered across her whilst she flew through the cloud glowed off her in a white and gold glow, the woman gliding along the surface of the fluffy white spirits of the sky, leaning slightly so to brush a hand along the surface, a long streak cutting through it, marking where her hand had passed.

She brought her hands up and giggled to herself, flying higher for a moment before angling herself to follow after Mikhail,
"It's been so long since I flew.. Over a decade.. I have missed this simple joy.."

"In case I need to ditch you for awhile." he responded mildly, gliding over her by a good few feet. The wind at this altitude stung his eyes a bit and from his pocket he pulled a slim pair of sunglasses, slipping them over his gaze and protecting them from the sun that glared from above.

Mikhail studied her for a bit, watching her satisfaction with herself and flying. Her arched a quizzical brow.

"You 'aven't flown in a decade? 'ow are you not insane?" he asked, not even being able to conspire to think of going twenty four hours or more without letting the wind air out his wings at high altitude.

"Ditch me..? Whatever for?" Cassiel wondered, speeding up ahead of him and turning about so they were almost face to face, "If you want to ditch me I may as well return to that village.. Am I really that useless that you'd consider leaving me behind? What is that charming human expression..? In for a penny, in for a pound, I think.. I'm here all the way, whether you like it or not." Cassiel stuck her tongue out, grinned and turned suddenly, a strong beat of her wings sending her surging forward along the cloudy landscape, though she angle herself so she could look behind for him again.

"Discipline is a vital factor of my existence, I never once chanced the villagers seeing my wings, and lived among them as one of them." She projected to him, though found herself stumbling in the air again her wings crumpling under the force, she really hadn't been flying for so long as her wings tore away suddenly, vanishing as a stream of light and her body sailed through the air,
"Mikhail...!" She yelled in her mind, suddenly plummeting as she writhed slightly from the pain she'd felt when the wing broke. It was easy to summon fresh ones but that didn't stop pain from being experienced when she screwed up.

[CENTER]"You-"

Before he could even make a remark she had childishly stuck out her tongue and surged ahead, risky with these gusts at high altitudes. He rolled his eyes and followed after to hear her response as to her lack of flying.

Mikhail shrugged. He rarely gave a damn if anyone saw him or not. Probably why he had constantly been in trouble.

In a moment of thought he had to be jerked back to reality, Cassiel's scream bringing him alert. In a stroke her wings had vanished and she was falling;fast.

"Shit.." he muttered before darting after her, cursing at the cold that soaked his clothes as he dived through a cloud to better circumvent her fall, roughly catching her and falling himself a few feet, cradling her body to his chest and pumping his wings in a strong movement, shooting up again.

"Capable, 'uh?" he sneered.[/CENER]

Cassiel was curled up in his grasp, holding her arms close to her chest and pulling her legs up close, eyes closed tight before she realized she'd been caught, opening her eyes with some shock, staring in a half-terrified manner at him before calming down slightly and smiling a little but caught herself at it and looked away,
"S-Sorry.. I guess I really haven't flown for a long time.." She replied, looking up at him and found herself unable to stop smiling, "Thank you.."

Perhaps the most curious thing was that he really had gone to the lengths of catching her, this unusual demon making Cassiel smile only that bit further, she raised her hand to touch at the bottom of his throat, resting her palm against his chest and grinned a little, "You can let go, I'll be fine. No more.. What do the humans say...? Hotdogging..? For me.."

For awhile he merely held onto her, wondering at himself for having bothered at all and asking himself how it was he was carrying and Angel through the sky on the way to find his sisters.

Shaking himself out of his reverie he acknowledged her, a slight tingle as she touched him. He raised a brow and stopped in mid air, wanting to be careful before he just let her go. Without saying anything he dropped her and waited.

Cassiel wrapped her arms around Mikhail's neck for a moment so that she was suspended against him as new wings sprouted from her back, stretching out and flowing for a moment before becoming more solid, in this time she'd buried her head into his neck but then let go, beating her wings again, pulling herself intot he air again, there hovering before him and smiling while she motioned her arm in the direction they'd been flying,
"Shall we go then?" She asked, waiting for him to lead so that she could follow on after him, she'd get used to flying again soon enough, but was thankful that Mikhail had saved her so willingly, a smile creeping across her face again,
A demon with a good heart.. She thought to herself, grinning further, You are a rare find indeed.

Mikhail raised a brow as the angel clung to him. If that were to happen more than once in a lifetime, Armageddon had to be at hand.

He watched as her wings reappeared and she stablilized herself in the air, he himself crossing his arms and hovering for a moment.

"Well per'aps if you knew 'ow to fly this wouldn't be so difficult" he responded, teasing but only halfheartedly, before taking off once more, a bit slower this time to better keep an eye on her.
