Bob smiled,"I am Bob Angelica. And-' he dipped her and was so close to her their noses were touching'-I can dance very well.' He kissed her,'What is your name my goddess?"

Eclair smiled,"This is fun Alex!"

Ryu held out his hand to Katie,"You need cheering up I can tell.' He smiled,'Would you mind dancing with a bishop?"

Emily drank her fruit juice slowly. Mmmmmmmm juice.......

"My names Samantha..."She blushed and looked into his eyes, crystal blue eyes. All she could think was 'Ahhh..' She nodded."I can tell that your a good dancer.."She said with a giggle.

Alexander grinned and twirled her into his arms so there heads were close together and he kissed her nose."Can I ask you something?"He whispered into her ear.

Katie blushed and took his hand."I'd love too."She said softly.

Drake noticed Emily by herself."Sorry Hara, I was actually on my way to ask someone else."He said lightly,going over to Emily and bowing."Would you like to dance Mi'lady?"He asked,putting out his hand for her to take.

Emily choked a little on her juice and put it down and looked at him,"Of course, Drake."

Ryu smiled and whisked her away.

Eclair smiled,"Anything for you, Alex, you're my best friend!"

Bob laughed a little,"Samantha...what a beautiful name. It suits you." They continued to dance.

Raien nodded, "You as well." And then preceeded to walk over to Kilyo when everyone went to dance. He stood next to her. "You should find a man to dance with, Kilyo. Make friends."
Kilyo looked at him with a raised eyebrow. "Raien, dearest, you should take your own advice. You should have asked the lady of the house to dance." Raien glared at her and she only smiled at him."Besides, obviously nobody is terribly interested in talking with me. Otherwise I would not be here by myself."

Katie smiled when they reached the ballroom, it was a slow dance. She waited for him to pull her into the dance.

Samantha blushed more."Your quite the charmer Bob."She said and kissed his cheek.

Drake pulled her up into his arm and dance the waltz."So whats a pretty girl like yourself not already with someone here?"

Alexander took Eclairs hand and led her out to the garden,he kneeled in front of her."Will you um..marry me ? It doesn't have to be anytime soon..but.."

Hara saw him walk away but she was fine, she walked over to the rable of food at just sat there eating by herself she may seem lonely but was alright

Ryu danced the slow dance perfectly with his partner.

Bob laughed,"You're pretty good yourself."

Eclair stared,"Um....um...um...um....um...um?"

Emily shrugged,"I suppose it's because I don't really know anybody here."

MEANWHILE

You can do this OnYeen....I think you can.... OnYeen kept holding his arm.

Katie leaned her head on Ryu's shoulder."So, why'd you become a bishop?"She asked lightly.

Alexander chuckled and stood up,pressing the riing into her hand."You can think of it some other time..want to dance?"

Cole walked over and looked at Drake."Pool boy..aren't you supposed to be tending the pool?"He asked,pushing him to the side and smiled at Emily."May I have this dance?"He asked.

Samantha smiled."Would you like to see the garden?"She asked him."I grew the plants since Katie didn't trust Hara to do it.."

Ryu chuckled,"I wanted to help my sister...this is the least I can do for her.".

Eclair smiled and nodded,"Of course."

Emily giggled,"Of course Cole.' then she noticed...'Sorry Drake!" She laughed after she said that.

Bob smiled,"You may lead the way milady."

She continued to hug him even though his claws dug into her back I'm sorry Shadow.....

Raien moved away from his sister, and went towards the couple dancing close by. He stepped up and smiled at Katie and Ryu. He bowed a little. He portrayed the perfect gentleman. "May I cut in?"

Ryu glanced up,"Of course.' He kissed the Queen's hand,'Another time....at my sister's ball we may dance again my Queen." He flipped his hair walked away.

Raien smiled. "Thank you." He took up his position and started to dance with Katie. "I hope you do not mind that I cut in, my lady."

Samantha led him threw the ballroom and out to the garden full of all the different colors of roses and lillys and other beautiful flowers.In the middle there was a big fountain.She smiled and sat on the end of the fountain,patting the seat by her for Bob."Like it?"She asked,meaning the garden..not her on a fountain.

Katie watched Ryu leave."Yeah, next time."She smiled and looked at the King, giving him her hand."Nice to see you again."She laughed a little."It's fine. I was just dancing with a friend."

Alexander started dancing with her outside on the lawn.He chuckled."Is this okay?"

Cole grinned and pulled her close,ddoing the steps perfectly."So are you having fun?"

Raien smiled warmly. "You have a lovely laugh, if you don't mind my saying so. You should do it more often." He continued to lead her in the dance. "Im afraid I've only just taken up my role as King so I do not know every protocal with such things as these yet. If I make a mistake would you be willing to correct me, my lady?" He grinned. "And if you could point out somebody that would be willing to put up with my headstrong sister, I would have much respect for you."

Bob smiled and sat down,"I suppose...but they can't compare to you."

Ryu walked quickly almost running. I must find them all.

Eclair nodded,"Of course it is. The outdoors is wonderful. The night sky makes it even better."

Emily giggled,"Yep. I'm glad OnYeen and Ryu taught me how to dance!"

He's calmed more...I hope...

Katie blushed a little."Thank you, and of course II'll point it out to you if you wish me too. But of course, please just call me Katie."She said and looked over at Drake, sitting alone."Drake would be able to handle your sister.."She said and pointed over towards Drake before leaning her head on his shoulder."Is this okay?"She asked,looking up at him.

Samantha turned to look at Bob and blushed."Thank you."She said and looked at the water."Your quite handsome yourself.."

Cole smiled."I taught Katie how to dance, and Alexanders father taught him."He said and blushed a little when she giggled.

Alexander twirled her."Not to mention you look great in the moonlight.."

Raien smiled, genuinely for once. "Of course, my...er, Katie. And thank you." She felt warm and he was enjoying the comfort, something he had not had in a very long time. "What is Drake like, if you don't mind my asking?"

Bob pulled a letter and gave it to Samantha,"When you can give that to Katie. It's a letter about the ball that OnYeen is going to throw tomorrow. You are, or course, invited."

Emily smiled,"Talented people. What else can you do?"

Eclair blushed,"I still have the plushie you gave me all those years ago Alex...do you still have the one I gave you?"

Ryu found Bob and Samantha together,"Excuse me miss but I am going to have to take your partner. You'll be able to see him tomorrow rest assure." Bob protested,"But I don't want to leave this goddess!" Ryu sighed,"You have to OnYeen wanted us back ten minutes ago." Bob sighed,"Oh well. I guess m,y goddess will only have this to remember this night..." He kissed her then ten seconds later Ryu grabbed his hand as he yelled back,"Good night my goddess!"

OnYeen fainted into the warmth of the roaring fire.

Ryu spoke softly,"A roar....oh dear...".

Samantha grinned."Goodnight Bob!"She yelled and watched him leave.She then went up to her room and went to bed, dreaming of what to wear tommorow so she could please Bob."My Knight in shining armor...."She mumbled.

Katie laughed."Drake..he's kind I guess but he usually screws things up."She said with a smirk."He's a good guy though."

"The bunny one?Yes..I have it. It's on my shelf."He smiled."Want to see it?"He asked.

"I think Ryu's looking for you.."He said.He kissed her hand."Thank you for this dance."

Ryu and Bob ran by and grabbed Emily's arm. Ryu called back,"THANK'S COLE!" They kept running and as Eclair was about to say yes Ryu grabbed her and said,"Bye Alex! Give Katie our regards!" They ran into the carriage and drove off yelling BYYYYYYYEEEEE!

Raien only smiled more, having heard her laugh once more but he wouldn't tell her thats why. "Sounds perfect then. I hate to set Kilyo up but she really needs something, somebody else to occupy her mind for once." He sighs. "She has an awful tendency to sneak out at night, doing who knows what and we only figure it out when she comes back because that's when we catch her." He looks up at the ceiling, still having complete control over the dancing. His voice was much more quiet, some anger hinted. "Sometimes she comes back with cuts and bruises. In the end, we had to teach her how to fight, so she would stop getting hurt. Which was what she wanted."

Kilyo stood up and walked over to someone who was carrying water. She smiled and took a glass, taking a sip. She stood there, looking at everyone. She was glad her brother managed to dance with the queen; he had seemed infatuated. She growls silently to herself. She hated these things. She would rather run free. She especially hated her hair being put up. It was better this time then usual, begin put up but letting some cascade down her back in curls but she hated having it bound. She sighed and took another drink of her water.

"I'm sorry to hear that.."She said and noticed everyone leaving."Did you get invited to the ball tommorow night at Clubs?"She asked.

Alexander went to his room and went to bed.

Drake walked over to Kilyo,about to ask her to dance when the last song came."Umm..would you like to dance since the nights almost over with?"
Cole went to bed.

They returned home and hit the hay.
