I was thinking about it last night, and I'd be cool if our main story line would be figuring out why the wisdom are going crazy, and eventually we find out its linked to the tree of mana. .. I only remember who a couple of the wisdoms are though, at least it's easy to look up information on.

I could probably get behind an LoM rp. I recently snagged my copy back from my sister, who has been borrowing it for forever and a day now, so I could probably use it to drum up some inspiration. Only...I can't play it when Tam's around, as he kept complaining about the dialogue (he started paying attention during the first mission with Elazul and Pearl) and I got suuuuper defensive because that game is basically my childhood. >.<

I don't really recall that many of the wisdoms being crazy (or was that in the manga...I only vaguely recall thatso...). Most of them were perfectly normal...well...for wisdoms, but that still sounds like a neat storyline.

"Since time immemorial, our people have come to them for guidance, and they have led us forward. Now, however, we believe that they seek to lead us into oblivion. What has changed? Why have they turned upon us? And what of the dream teller, who lives now more in memory than reality, and brings about nightmares of what we may only presume will soon come to pass." - random vague plot idea thing...yeah...

Right, they are supposed to be normal, our characters would have to figure out what is wrong with them.

That was just an idea. I'm most excited about using the different areas: geo, fieg snow fields, lumina, domina... and of course the bejeweled city! God I wish they would make a place like that *-*

Anywho, I'm all for a plot where they go batty and a bit o' detective work is involved in figuring out the cause and stopping it (or not).

I'm not sure if you'd be more interested in doing OCs or canons, but I'm up for whichever (also doubling, tripling, what have you as is necessary)

Ooooh, sounds exciting! I feel like dreams often provide some of the best inspiration for stories. I used to keep a dream journal for story purposes. Got out of the habit after a while...I really ought to get back into it.

Geo works for me. Could also do Gato or...anywhere really. Plenty of reasons for students to be out and about, given that they seem to collect strange things for even stranger reasons. Do you have a preference?

I know I always got lost in the jungle, lake kilma, or mindas ruins, so it would be fitting if my character found herself lost in one of those areas xD

What genre are you interested in?

I was hoping we could do high fantasy, loosely medieval where magic is commonplace. Perhaps where people have certain talents based on their "element" in reading through your playstyle I feel like I need to step up my game, because my posts aren't as lengthy. It never feels like you're going on and on about something which is a talent. I'm challenging myself here and feel like I can write about high fantasy and magic.

To tell you the truth, I saw high fantasy and I was like "What is that?" Upon looking it up, now I feel like we're on the same page. xD

Well, if that's the case, perhaps my Galaxy/Cosmic fairy would be perfect here! Her name is Eclipse, and this is her pic here.

Nah, I don't care about post length, I care about the details you incorporate. For example, I like to see people comment on the setting, or add to the setting. Perhaps make your character act out (moving their arms, pacing) but it's not always necessary to do those things. Same with your character thinking, they don't need to think at the beginning of every post (I mean, I don't think that much, but maybe others do -shrug-).

Thank you, I try not to drone on and on. Which is why I usually have long posts when my characters aren't interacting with my partners characters, and are short when our characters are interacting. I just don't don't like having to go backward in time in my posts D:

What kind of character would you play?

Eclipse is gorgeous Libra. Wow, really wow! I don't have any images yet but I can dredge up an old character calling herself Ruin. She's an "earthmover" who was from a noble family until she literally brought the house down. Her abilities are tied in with her emotions and she lost control. They died. Time has passed and the wounds have not healed, so to speak. They likely never will. The guilt, is something she carries with her always.

I love the earth and stars dynamic. I think we could have fun with it. We need some cataclysmic event to bring us together. End of the world, end of everything level stuff.
