So, my confusing ideas:

-Obviously, Ciel and Madame Red have to be away on vacation or something [But then why isn't sebby with ciel? gah, confusing -_-]
-They can meet at a party and Sebby doesn't know that Grell is Grell because Grell is pretending to be a girl?

Oh! I got it! Madame Red wanted to be alone with her dear nephew and wouldn't let Sebastian go, so she forced Ciel to order Sebastian to stay while they were off.
