I've seen that tank before! The website says that if you put snails in it, you don't have to clean it as often as you'd think lol My dad wants one, but it's like 2000 dollars, I think.

If I get another aquarium someday, I'm going to keep live plants. I want it to look something like one of these!

Oo, that's gorgeous!!

I have a small like 1 and a half gallonish tank where my baby beta is now and my snail. I have live plants and live sand in it right now. It makes the tank look more natural and the fish looove the natural plants. They're also very beneficial for the health of the fish and the water :3

Oh! Speaking of my baby beta!

He's getting pretty big now! He's a dark red and aqua spots and five aqua lines on his tail, but I noticed that he recently developed black tips on his fins :D He's turning out really cool!

Sekhmet is a beautiful name. I'll put it on my list.

I'd love to have a cat. My mom is pretty anti-pet so there is no way she'd let me have one.
I'm extremely shocked she let me have this. Especially since my dad called her ahead of time and tried to warm her up to the idea. She told him absolutely not. But when I asked her she said yes. She was a bit hesitant but still said yes.
These geckos live at least fifteen years usually so I probably won't be getting a cat anytime soon.

Yeah my parents didn't want pets either....
Then I moved out to college....and found my two adorable cats (or rather they found me)
At first my parents were upset, but after meeting them: they're in love. My mom calls them her "grand-kitties".

When I was 5, my mom didn't want pets either, other than fish. My older sister caught a stray cat and brought her home and my mom just couldn't say no. Then she got pregnant. ...Like 5 times @~@ That's where we got Zane Grey. He was one of her babies.

Her name was Peta and by the time she ran away, we had 28 cats. Her babies, her babies' babies. It was nuts. We gave them all to a no-kill shelter to find homes for them and kept Zane Grey. And he's been our only cat since 1998, a few months after he was born.

Then in May of 2011, I begged and pleaded to get Mallo lol My mom eventually caved. I put the box down when I got home for Zane to look, he was wandering outside at the time, he looked in the box, then gave me an unamused look as if to say '...Are you serious? Take that thing back where it came from.' lol As I was bringing little Mallo into the house, Zane started howling. It sounded like he was screaming 'NO! NO! NO!' I had to convince my mom, my Grandpa, my dad, AND Zane Grey to get Mallo lol And Zany is still pretty mad about it!

D'awwwww.Well I hope they get along famously now.
Hilariously my second cat was the needy one. She follows me around like a shadow. Heaven forbid I take a shower with the door closed-- I might be drowning in there! And Atari sits outside the bathroom door & voices her concerns.
She's a little 8lb turd, but she's still the boss of my first cat (full size 10lbs).

Zany tolerates Mallo at best lol He does, however, sit still while Mallo thoroughly washes his head lol

I recently got a kitty! He'd been hanging around my backyard because he was abandoned. I noticed how skinny, dirty, and flea-ridden he was, and it was obvious he wasn't being cared for anymore. But he was such a sweet little thing, I had to bring him in. I'm feeding him plenty, got the fleas taken care of, and once I get some free time, I'll be giving him a bath. I've had him for a little over two weeks now, and he's just the sweetest kitty. He likes to talk, too. I named him Sammy.

Cool I had a Shepard Mix named Jake. Unfortunately, we had to put him down in July of last year I think Zane Grey was relieved (Jake liked to lick his head lol ), but I think Mallo was a bit sad for a few days afterwards. He liked to play with Jake. Mostly because Jake was afraid of the little one pound baby Mallo lol
