Like it says in the directions, it's an avatar contest but the hair styles are pre-determined/defined (which is why there are pictures of avatar bases on the front page)

the Nations personality would have been the hardest for me to come up with. I'd be so tempted to do something off of the wall and unrealistic (hence the notice that comes with her)

I always... always go there when I'm naming anything (which we discussed always happens.)
