Gotcha. I also saw that there's arts shops... but do people actually pay what people are asking, there? Some of those threads are from a year or more ago, so I'm not sure if that's a steady way to make money.

People here do pay good money for art Recently there was an art auction, and some people bid as much as 10k, even more.

Ok, last newb question, I know at least one of the shops said that items were made by members? Is that just people they've 'hired on' to do items or is there some submission form or whatever to make your own items, here?

Yeah, you can win stuff just for participating a lot. I'm actually getting something like 17, maybe 20 thousand gold from the Utopia charity for doing lots of stuff in its Easter thread.

There's a pixel art forum, so you can post your stuff there, and get feedback and stuff. If the staff likes it enough, they might put it in the store.
