I am not sure about the laws and such that they can get in without speaking english but i am talking more about immigrants that have lived here for 5 or 10 years and still do not know the language fluently....

Oh and tourists it's understandable but if your a citizen and you don't know english.... it's kinda pathetic if you ask me.. but i might be harsh..

Even if it's the "freedom" they want then they there is a price to pay... Asians on the other hand want their kids and themselves to speak english when they come here.. it's just other ethnic groups >..> i don't mean to be harsh but hispanics and mexicans are the worse offenders of not knowing the language when they come over here to the united states. >.> sorry if that offends people...

  There should be a universal language that everyone learns at birth, that'll make some things easier. xD
