Well, since I use a laptop, it depends where I'm sitting XD

On my bed, I have the laptop on my knees, then have the tablet like, half on me half on my laptop keyboard, and my mouse (since I hate laptop mouse pads eue) next to me.

On my desk, I have the laptop on the main part of the desk, then on the slidey drawer thing, I have the tablet and mouse

I usually put my tablet in my lap. Sometimes I'll move my keyboard and put the tablet there, but then it's harder to get to keyboard commands.

Pretty much, the tablet goes anywhere that fits XD

I don't think I can draw well on tablet that was placed on a surface that moved... like your lap. XD

WIG, Your laptop do not emit heat?

I have like, a little lap table I put it on. That fixes that problem.
