That apparently no one is selling

I've noticed that a lot, nobody tends to sell the items I need when I need them. It's frustrating. Which items do you need?

No one wants to buy the items I'm selling.
Maybe I have something you need?

I need dryad's hollow and dark alchemist the most. I was thinking maybe I would get the silver lyre, since there's no violin...
But I guess that's not necessary.
