I have broken a lot

I haven't ever blacked out but I have come close to it. I had just started my menstrual cycle and boy I did I have a heavy flow (sorry if you don't want to know please just skip over my post) and I had stood up, everything went black and I just kept walking hoping that I wasn't going to trip over something or run into anyone

yeah, the time I nearly blacked out, I couldn't see, but I was still standing. I said I needed a break and sat down and drank some water and was fine.
